Haggard's RV Campground, Pueblo West, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

This rate is Escapees 1/2 off. They also honor Passport America. Young, energetic fairly new owners. Very polite and nice. Level pull-throughs. Sparkling pool. Good WI-FI. A little out of the way, but worth it for the quiet, except for a little highway noise. These owners are trying very hard to improve their park. Putting in a sprinkler system. No shade yet, but putting in trees. Highly recommended for an overnight. They were working so hard I wanted to go back in and give them some more money. We camped at Haggard's RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Hat Creek Hereford Ranch RV Park & Campground, Hat Creek, California

Date of Stay: July, 2005 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Located in a beautiful ranch setting. Great owners & manager. Off highway. Stocked pond, Keep fish, 5 per day. Price went up from $7 to $10 a day. Kids under 12 should be cheaper, perhaps one fish limit. Close to attractions, subway caves, Mt. Lassen, Burney Falls, Fish Hatchery. Great for a week's vacation with kids. We camped at Hat Creek Hereford Ranch RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.
