The campground was nice for its purpose. The 1st site we were scheduled to be on had too much of an incline and we could not level our motor home. Same thing with my brother in law. We were allowed to search for another spot and since no one else was in it during our stay, we moved over to site 41. Both our motor home and my brother in laws motor home are 37 and 35 feet. Smaller sizes, around 20 feet, were able to level on the incline. The campground only has 30 amps which was fine for us, but he had another couple staying with them, and they really needed 50 amps in order to run both air conditioners at night. The campground had lots of trees which significantly helped with shade and reduced heat for the summer days. We didn't go in bathrooms, etc so I cannot comment on them. I would stay here again and plan on returning when visiting family. We camped at Hawthorn Bluff COE in a Motorhome.

This campground was a nice park to stay at while in the area. Clean. Nice gift shop. Sites are small. Other reviews talked about a long list of rules, which is true. For ex, they raise the laundry rate if you use it between 8 and 9 pm to 9.00. It's real simple if you don't like this rule - complete your laundry before 8pm, which I did. I am not sure if they enforce the laundry surcharge rule. This park is very close to a entrance to Yellowstone. If you are driving to the park from Livingston, the scenery is beautiful. My only complaint is the dog limit. The park has a limit of 2 dogs. I have 3 small pugs. I asked if I could bring them, even if I had to pay a surcharge and was told no. I left my dogs at home, only to find other campers who asked and received permission for 3 dogs. I would only stay here again if they allow me to take my 3 dogs like they allowed others to do. If that doesn't apply to any other potential campers, then this is a great place to stay. We camped at Rocky Mountain RV Park in a Motorhome.

This is a great RV park. It is well manicured, and the staff is helpful and friendly! One night, the wind picked up during the middle of the night which woke me up and the owner was walking around to make sure nothing was flying around. He helped me move my rug and a few items so they wouldn't fly. My site had a table with chairs, sitting on a cemented patio next to a grass area. I put up my dog pen for my pugs. It is a quiet park with friendly campers. I always felt safe here (I'm female so that really counts). Across the street is a base ball park and on the side of that is a small park with a shaded and cushioned walking track which I used. I stayed here for over 2 months and hope to stay here again when in the area. We camped at Whispering Meadow RV Park in a Motorhome.
