Very convenient, and very friendly park close to all in and around Atlanta. Some pluses clean modern laundry, free Wi-Fi and free ice. Owners allow you to wash your RV at site and check out is as late as 3 pm. Some long term sites, but these are separate from overnighters.

This is clearly a great overnight campground and superior alternative for a Walmart parking lot. The price is extremely fair and worth the security and amenities provided. The owners/employees are friendly and helpful. I gave this park an "8", but for the reason, ratings of "9 and 10" should not be given lightly. Indio California, Riverbend Florida, for example, receive and deserve tens, however they charge much more that $21 a night. The only notable mentions, I would give to this overnight campground is that regular TV reception is poor and there is no Cable available, however for $21 (tax included) that is not a serious problem. Also we never heard the road noise from I75, but did hear local traffic but with AC/heatpump running this also was not a big problem. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an owner park, but with rentals for a minimum of one week. Gated facility with beautiful landscaping and all sites are oversized concrete pads with screened gazebos. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Weekly rates are $300 per week and monthly rates are $1000 to $1200, which includes electric, water, cable TV and Wi-Fi internet.

Great place to stop over for a night. Many units can be lined up in rows with services for the night. We were escorted to our space and had no problem leaving in the am going around units ahead of us. Would revisit this park.
