Good, cheap place to spend the night on your way east or west on I-20. We had a level pull through site with full hookups. The guy even brought out firewood for us to use at no cost!

Nice place to stop for the night if you're going north or south on I-75. Easy in & out access to pads. Nice man on the desk, very polite and friendly.

This is a wonderful county owned/operated campground. It is one of the nicest parks we've visited, anywhere. They have a super store at the check in office with about everything you could need in a campground, and it's all reasonably priced (guess that's because the county isn't looking at it so much as a profit center). Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Sites are all neat and very clean; gravel pads, but firm and adequate. Most sites are very private. Lots of biking & walking trails, and one of them even leads to a major river where you can walk out on a pier and fish or catch crabs. The showers and restrooms are in new condition and very clean and well equipped. We give this a 9; only reason it wasn't a 10 was the lack of cable TV and all the wooded sites so our satellite didn't work. We'll definitely be back here next time in this area.

We loved this park, and will definitely visit again. The owners/managers are wonderful people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of any need/request you may have. We stayed at a waterfront site, and loved it. The view was wonderful with a nice deck in addition to the patio area. There is a hot tub that is VERY hot and enjoyable. We definitely give this our highest recomendation.
