Very nice park. Pool was well maintained. Kids seemed to be having a good time. Nice check-in. We will stay there again. We camped at Gettysburg Campground in a Motorhome.

Creekside Mountain Camping, Bat Cave, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $28.00

Nice staff. Place is either very run down, or really country. Depending on how you look at it. Only stayed one night. Electric hook up had a insect problem. Water line was leaking into a mud pool. We did not hook it up. Bath house needed a lot of attention. It was a late afternoon, road was difficult and rain was starting, so I was glad to find this campground. Probably a good place to camp and let the kids run wild. Did not get a chance to try the pool. (biggest draw). We camped at Creekside Mountain Camping in a Motorhome.

Beachcomber Camping Resort, Cape May, New Jersey

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $51.00
Overall Rating:

This place was very poor. They hyped what is actually just a tin city trailer park marketed as a 'resort'. I put up with the crowding, low voltage electricity, golf carts selling firewood. Though why one would want to have an open fire that close together is beyond me. But the thing that really got me is: They charge quarters to take a shower. And the timers do not work! Who are they kidding?? I won't be back !! We camped at Beachcomber Camping Resort in a Motorhome.
