Could never get our RV leveled in the site we received and no other sites were available to us. They book solid with little or no leeway. Site we had was on the side of a hill. Also sites are very close together. Sites looked clean and were shady. Management was very friendly.

I have stayed there half a dozen times in the last two years. This park is located up Spanish Fork Canyon right on Hwy 6 between I 15 and I 70 It is open all year round and there is a convenience store, gas station, and cafe located next door to the RV park as well. Its within 10 miles of Strawberry Reservoir for fishing. It is surrounded by mountains great for ATVing and Snowmobiling.

Date of Stay:

This park was previously called East Carbon RV Park. I stayed from 2 March thru May 28 at 175 a month plus .10 kilowatt for power. The park is small and out of the way; 7 and 1/2 miles East of Hwy 6, 20 miles South of Price, Utah. There are no restrooms, showers, or laundry here. But there is a store in Sunnyside two miles further East. There is a restaurant in both Sunnyside and East Carbon as well as post offices in both. There is a drive inn in East Carbon as well less than a mile East of the park. Recommend calling ahead for availability because of the small size.

After staying here for three months I found the managers were rude, as were some areas of the park who all stayed together. The power here leaves a lot to be desired with it going out often. My first location had a power pole problem and they would not believe me until it went down and they could not figure out the problem. Second site was better. Train just across the highway that runs daily and was noisy at night. Every one had a dog so lots of dogs barking.

For my sewer hookup I needed to dig out the pipe and lower it down to somewhat be able to let sewage flow level or hopefully downhill. Told I would have 50 amp and only had 30 amp available. Have a train that passes by across the highway and also the highway has trucks running on it around the clock, so noisy.

Sites are fairly level, close to freeway and town access a plus, restaurant available for dinners only also a plus, people working office are very friendly and helpful.

The new owner is in the process of remodeling the park and adding 16 tent camping sites. He has 4 50 amp at present and the rest are 30 amp. He has moved all the permanent people basically to the front east side of the park.

Nice locations, beautiful mountains around it, small town near by.

Nice park, friendly managers, nice rec center. Going to spend a couple of days and see all the local sites.

For an out of the way inexpensive park this one works. It is unknown to any but those who live in the area. There are 4 pull thrus and 4 back ins. No rest rooms, showers, or laundry. Just an RV park in the middle of nowhere. Its 7 miles east of Highway 6 on Highway 123. They have 4 50 amp and 4 30 amp hookups.

Only stayed one night but this is the second time we have been there. Last time was two years ago for Easter. I found the managers friendly and helpful, the site was good with ease of use. Did use the Wi-Fi and it worked great.

I am staying here for a total of two and a half months. Its easy access from major highways. Close to shopping. Has a laundromat. I am paying by the month and they also have a weekly rate. My nightly rate might be a little high not sure but I know it is that much or less. The back half of the park is still gravel and dirt but accessible with no problems.

First we made reservations for five sites for a family reunion and they were to all be together. When we arrived we were all separated all around the park. We were told they had cable but got three channels that were very static and they said that was normal. We were told they were Good Sam and had signs for Good Sam but on arrival we were told they were no longer Good Sam and gave no discount. They have been doing that for quite a while from what people in the area told us. Attitude of people working there was atrocious and they were very rude. Restrooms were not clean. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Date of Stay:

Friendly, very close to Yellowstone National Park. Plenty of street parking for personal vehicles or tow trailers.
