Very nice park west about 5 miles from Amarillo. Wide pull thoughs with plenty of room for 41ft fifth wheel and my Ram mega cab. Nice area for picnic table, if they had one, all gravel sites. Nice pool. The only problem is the wind. During our stay it blew every day from the west or the south at around 20mph to 30mph. This makes sitting outside very uncomfortable, plus it was very hot at around 100f. This is not the park's fault but it dampens the stay at otherwise a very good park.

A small park with mostly full timers. Booked here because the park I usually stay at was full. I was told I would have plenty of room for my 41 ft fifth wheel. I had spot 76. It was just long enough for the trailer but so close to my neighbors that my slides almost touched theirs. Just a dirt lot with some gravel stayed just 3 days and moved on. Also very windy and about 25 miles from downtown.

like some have said there is not a lot of choice in flagstaff. park is right on HWY89 so there is road noise but not so bad as to be annoying. i had site 16 which was long and wide enough for my 42ft and ram mega cab but some sites would be very tight so you have to be careful which site you get. you cannot use your washing machine and have to use their machines which are small and expensive. the reason was water conservation, but i guess that does not apply to their machines. also i saw a sign in the office about charging $2.00 extra a day if you use the A/C or your heater which seems to apply to weekly and monthly rates. i have never stayed in a park for a week and then charged extra for using the A/C. close to everything. all sites are gravel and some not to level.

The daily rate is the two month rate per day. Very well kept park with paved spots for trailer and large gravel with picnic table. Close to the coast. Very friendly office staff. Mostly full timers living in park so not many spots left for monthly but about four spots open for overnighters. The best park in Coos Bay.

Very nice park with wide and level paved sites. Each site has a picnic table with a grass area. There is no dog run and everybody that I saw did pick up their dog poop but they are allowed to poop in any of the grass areas. I still do not like sitting out and eating outdoors where some pets have just been to potty. Also the laundry room is very old with out-of-date machines that have seen better days. It was raining the day we went to dry our clothes and none of the dryers where working that day and the roof leaked so there was a big puddle of water on the floor. They do a lot of lawn maintenance and if you do not pay attention they move your sewer lines trying to cut the grass and can break your flexible sewer holder which happened to me. The management was very nice but the office hours are short. Because of the laundry and no dog run I would not return.

Stayed for two months; they had a special, stay one month second month free, this is why I stayed. The monthly rent is $700 plus electric which for Aug was $194. It a new park, clean, manager is very nice, but Wi-Fi had trouble from day one. They hired Tengo to redo the system and until I left Tengo could not give a good signal. Pool is small and shallow and when it is hot the pool is like a hot tub. I would not stay at this resort again due to the price and the poor Wi-Fi.
