Yellowstone Valley Inn & RV Park, Cody, Wyoming

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

We wanted to be close to the park and didn't want the longer drive from Cody. This was as it turns out to be the best choice. The views were awesome, Wapiti valley is amazing, saw a herd of Elk by the road.

The laundry and bathrooms were fine, the kids had a great time in the pool. After a long hike the wife and I enjoyed the hot tub very much.

Unlike a lot of parks, here there is a bar and very good restaurant. We needed to dump so the guys come and pumped our tanks for $15. which we thought was reasonable, do it yourself $5. Everyone we met was nice to us, enjoyed our stay. Makes a good base camp to explore the park. We camped at Yellowstone Valley Inn & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

We took our atv's to this park to access the trails adjoining the rv park.

Big park, wooded grounds, general store, restrooms, rent fire pits or bring yours. This a great place to get access to beautiful lakes and scenery. very friendly staff. 25 miles west of Truckee. We camped at Cisco Grove Campground & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
