Being that this park is one of our favorites, we decided to spend Thanksgiving there. It is still very clean & the staff very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to see the level of cleanliness is still excellent. Usually as a park matures, the upkeep tends to deteriorate. Not so at this park. Had no problem parking our fifth wheel. We got a nice wide open space further down towards the casino. Aside from a boisterous person in a small fifth wheel across from us, it was quiet most of the time. I'm not sure if he was a park employee or what? Overall our stay was very nice & the grandkids had a blast hiking the trail across the street from the park's entrance. We'll definitely keep coming back to this beautiful RV park.

This has to be one of the cleanest parks I've seen. It is conveniently located between Sedona & Cottonwood making it very easy to go out to dine or just shop. The amenities are plentiful & well maintained. The showers are spotless as are the laundry room & exercise room. The pool is large & clean along with a nice size jacuzzi. The managers & staff are very friendly & well informed. It is a kid & pet friendly park. The concrete spaces are set far apart with very well maintained landscaping. All spaces are full hook-up, which includes free wifi & free local phone hook up. Propane is available near the office building. This place is a treat to stay at.

What a shame such a scenic little park has been neglected so badly. It seems that after it was flooded out, a while back, that they just didn't care to restore it back to it's former beauty. They proudly display the photos in the office of the damage the flood did. The year round tenants are quite friendly and helpful if you need something or have a question. But the management is rarely around to be of any help. Most of the time, a sign stating "Out In The Park", is on the office door. The scenery is just breath taking, and the wildlife is an experience to watch. The doors are kept locked on the clubhouse, bathroom and laundry room all the time. You can leave a deposit of $10.00 for a key that'll open the bathrooms & laundry room, but not the clubhouse. You have to find the manager or gardner to have them let you in there. The spaces are not very far apart, and the whole park is on gravel, no concrete or asphalt. Not very many full hook up sites available for outsiders to stay in. Most are occupied by year round tenants. No wifi available, just a phone modem connection in the office. You are limited to 10 minutes use of that connection, and have to disconnect if a guest arrives, because the office computer shares the same line as the public computer line. If it weren't for the natural beauty surrounding this little park, and the convenient location between Cottonwood and Sedona, I wouldn't go back.

I'm giving this park a neutral rating seeing as it was an emergency overnight stay to make repairs on my fifth wheel. Didn't get around to doing anything & left right after repairs were completed for our reservations at Sunrise Resorts in Page Springs.

This place gets the high 5 vote from my grandkids! They had a blast hiking all the trails and going frog hunting! We enjoyed the seclusion & large spaces. Very friendly and helpful Rangers. The facilities were clean & nearby our space making it very convenient to clean everybody up after a long hike! Other than being about 20 miles from Sedona, where my grandkids live, it's a very convenient campground for stores & restaurants, if the need arises.
