We had a very nice stay here at the end of June. Our stay here was with a group of people using a combination of RV's and yurts. The campground was clean and the hosts were helpful and informative. The park is pretty large with 227 water/electric, 60 tent sites, and 27 yurts. No sewer at each site but they do have a dump station. The Verizon signal was good here and we picked up a dozen+ tv stations over the antenna. There are multiple trails to the beach. The only negative that we encountered was the mosquitos here. At times we hardly see any in camp, and on a walk to the beach on one of the trails we were swarmed early morning. Over all a good stay. We camped at South Beach State Park in a Motorhome.
Our favorites include: Rogue Brewers on the Bay, Nana's Irish Cafe, Oregon Aquarium, Hatfield Science Center, Bayfront shopping, Yaquina Bay Charters (fishing), Nye Beach, and Yaquina Head Lighthouse.

We stayed 3 nights in our 40' MH. A hidden gem, we thought of our stay here. It is an older park and the sites are gravel. We had full hookups with 30 amp service and they also have sites with 50 amp. There is a fire ring and picnic table at each site it seemed. There is a men's and women's bathroom each with a shower in it. It was an older facility but kept clean. They offer cable TV with about 20 channels and WiFi which we didn't use. The Verizon signal was a bit weak but with a booster worked for us using two laptops. We were a short walk to the beach which was beautiful both at high and low tides. The later of which allowed some tide pool viewing. You do have to cross the highway but that never seemed to be much of a problem. From our site we could watch the ocean from our coach and that was just bonus points. We were less that 10 miles either north (Newport) or south (Waldport) of towns that offer many things to do. We camped at Seal Rocks RV Cove in a Motorhome.
We had a great dinner at Nana's Irish Pub in Newport. Both of us had their fish and chips, and we really enjoyed it. Looking at others' meals I would certainly try the Irish fare there also. Also a trip to Rogue's Brewers on the Bay for a tour of the brewery and distillery was great fun.

We stayed 3 nights midweek in our 40' motorhome. Our site was right on the river. We had a very enjoyable time and had to say that it was the quietest campground that we have ever stayed. It is 30amp electrical water and some sites sewer. Most of the campground was long term residents but that was no problem. The bathroom was on the rustic side but kept clean. There was a shower in each of the bathrooms. There was no wifi but the Verizon signal was good. We camped at Reeder Beach Resort in a Motorhome.
