Grants / Cibola Sands KOA, Grants, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

The staff was very well informed about the area and El Malpais National Monument. Enjoyed our visit there because of information received. No noise at this park, beautiful view of Mt. Taylor with snow. The park was quiet - many overnighters but spaced well. Dog walking area. Restrooms and showers very clean. Continental breakfast offered and evening meals can be ordered and delivered to your site, which we thought was quite unique. We camped at Grants / Cibola Sands KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Angel Fire RV Resort, Angel Fire, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This will be a premier park once finished. We were on the first row by road but with berm we could hear no road noise inside rig. WiFi signal was very good - we were right by bath house. Staff was helpful and informed about area. It is right on 64 - don't go into town as your GPS might tell you to. Bathhouse very nice with Credit Card laundry. Club house can be used for rallies and parties - beautiful. Lounge areas in all buildings. Not everything was done but we still enjoyed our visit. Fire pit at bathhouse and huge hot tub (not approved for use when we were there). Security gate with access code. Wide concrete pads. Unusually large spaces. We camped at Angel Fire RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
