Lac La Hache Provincial Park, Lac La Hache, British Columbia

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This was a great overnight stop as we traveled from the north. The park is on a hillside and was almost empty so we could pick any site. We had an amazing view of the lake across the highway. Access to the beach was through a large conduit under the highway. The beach had a cook shelter and several picnic tables. Highway traffic noise was noticeable. We camped at Lac La Hache Provincial Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Loon Bay Resort, Lone Butte, British Columbia

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Most of the campsites are on the lake and the setting is absolutely gorgeous! Excellent boat docks, playground for children, beach, clear clean water, good fishing, and friendly staff. Saturday farmer's market on site with fresh bread ++. Local groceries available across the street. Better access to Internet would be appreciated. We camped at Loon Bay Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
