Scenic Mountain RV Park & Campground, Milledgeville, Georgia

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Loved this place. This campground was meticulous. Not a piece of grass out of place. Camp workers very dedicated to their job. Very clean laundry room. Nice playground for the kids. We camped at Scenic Mountain RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We had a motorcycle and there was very nice riding nearby. If you like to fish they have several ponds well stocked with Bass, Bream and Catfish.

Asheville's Bear Creek RV Park & Campground, Asheville, North Carolina

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This was my first time here and likely my last unless I have no other choice. Sites were very cramped. Cable tv reception bad so we used our antenna. Can't have a campfire. The pull thru sites were about 50 feet from a busy highway. Very noisy during the morning and early evening hours but not bad at night. We camped at Asheville's Bear Creek RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Asheville had lots of shopping and of course the Biltmore. We did a trolley tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Also access to the Blue Ridge Parkway very convenient.

Bristol / Kingsport KOA, Blountville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

I would have to agree with most that is not the best KOA but certainly not the worst. Friendliness of the staff boosts its rating significantly. I've been here before and finding a way to level my rig is always an issue. Seems to me they could get a tractor with a blade on it and level these sites a little better. We camped at Bristol / Kingsport KOA in a Motorhome.
