Cherry Hill Park (Washington DC), College Park, Maryland

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

I stayed in site 608. Fortunately the site was dead level as my levelers had failed on this trip. I was able to extend all three slideouts without the levelers problem free! Also, you can have orders shipped to you at this location and they email you when the shipment is received. Awesome customer service. We camped at Cherry Hill Park (Washington DC) in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the nicest campgrounds on the East Coast. Wonderful office staff, dog walking services, easy access to DC, and great hookups. Free WiFi that is incredibly fast. We camped at Cherry Hill Park (Washington DC) in a Motorhome.

Shenandoah Valley Campground, Mount Jackson, Virginia

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

There is not a level site in the entire campground. I was assigned to site P6 with a 37 foot Class A. Tried to level and with full extension of levelers it was impossible. After much pleading with office staff I was assigned a back-in site with 30 amp service (after paying for a pull-through with 50 amps). The cable TV reception was very fuzzy the first night and no cable the following two nights. The traffic noise from the highway made sleeping impossible. Had to be in the area for a wedding or I would have pulled out the first night. Worst campground I have ever been to in 40 years of camping. Never again! We camped at Shenandoah Valley Campground in a Motorhome.
