McArthur's Temple View RV Resort, St George, Utah

Date of Stay: February, 2017 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

I truly don't know what to say about this park. Our neighbors were all in straight pull thrus but our space was at an angle. We were in the overflow area. The guy right next door to us was parked straight but due to space considerations his tow was right outside our front door. If he hadn't left the same morning we did we would have literally had to ask him to move his rig so we would be able to get out. The wifi was not sufficient nor was it dependable. It is easy off/on interstate access but not worth the money or the hassle. The interior roads are fairly easy to use after you figure out the orange cone system they have in place. We camped at McArthur's Temple View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Leaf Verde RV Resort, Buckeye, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

The only reason this park didn't get a 10 is because of the weird tow parking. I'm not sure I can even describe. The park is very well maintained, the check in staff was very helpful and we had an escort to our site, which was very spacious. We won't be back because we're selling our motorhome and retiring from the road, but we do recommend this park to anyone looking for somewhere to park for a few days or even months. We camped at Leaf Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel, Kingman, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

We've stayed here for at least 2 nights twice a year...we love this park. It's clean, the people are awesome and the laundry room was immaculate. Yes, this park is located just above a truck stop and not too far from the highway, however we don't feel it's anything that keeps us from getting a good nights sleep and it's way better than being next to a train track! Due to the fact that we're selling our motorhome and retiring from the road, we won't be back. We will definitely miss coming back. Thank you, Blake RV, for a great place to stay for all those years. We camped at Blake Ranch RV Park & Horse Motel in a Motorhome.

Desert Skies RV Resort, Mesquite, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to a closed office. To be fair, I'd been told that the office was closed on Sundays and had received a site #. The sites are not RV friendly at all. If you want to be close to your patio you are 10 to 15 feet from your hookups.....if you need to be close to your hookups you're, again, quite a distance from your patio. This park is very definitely geared for park models. When I asked why the price was so high I was told it was because of the "amenities", pool, hot tub, etc. Their wifi was terrible and there weren't that many people there. I would expect that when the park is full only a few can get on. For the price they charged they should know better. We will not be staying here again. We camped at Desert Skies RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Ambassador RV Resort, Caldwell, Idaho

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

We love this park. Our rate was based on a monthly rate....we were there for 4 months. That price does not include electric. We've stayed here during the summer for 3 years and have enjoyed all of our time there. The staff is personable, helpful and very kind. The only glitch was the wifi. When the park was full, which was most nights, there was basically no access. We're looking forward to getting back in March. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Town and Country RV Park, Cedar City, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

We actually didn't stay here. We did have a reservation and pulled in to register and got the shock of our lives. For a picnic table and full hookups on pea gravel the price was $50. When I asked what made them worth that much he looked me straight in the eye and said they were the only park downtown. The fact that their reservation book was basically blank, as was the park, apparently didn't matter. Way over priced. Very disappointing as we've stayed there many times but we won't be back. We camped at Town and Country RV Park in a Motorhome.

Jones High Country RV, Nephi, Utah

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

As the previous reviewer said, this is a great place for an overnight stay. The people in the office were busy packing up to move and once we got in there we never saw anyone even near the office. We were able to stay hitched so that was a big plus. We would stay again if the occasion arose. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

Sun Resorts RV Park, Mesquite, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice, clean park. Seems fairly new. The one thing they are lacking is signage, but I was bluntly told that the city of Mesquite wouldn't let them put any bigger signs out on the street. I suspect that next time we'll go on to Las Vegas. At least down there they do have signs that will let you know where to turn, etc. We camped at Sun Resorts RV Park in a Motorhome.

Century Mobile Home and RV Park, West Haven, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We stay at this park at least twice a year on our trip to and from AZ. We've had the same motorhome all this time but it seems like the sites are getting smaller. We had one fifth wheel pull in next to us and it felt like his slide was about 10" from ours. When I asked the young man in the office about the lack of WiFi he told me they were working with the cable company to get more bandwidth; we had a terrible time getting on during this trip. Was told last year the problem is the whole park, including the single- and double-wides and permanent RVs all shared the same network. That's a lot of users for their system. It just seems like this park needs a little competition. We camped at Century Mobile Home and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Ambassador RV Resort, Caldwell, Idaho

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

Our rate was based on the monthly rate as we were here for 4 months. This rate does not include electric. We've stayed at this park for the last 2 summers and plan to be back next year. Yes, it's quite a ways from our family (which are mostly in the Boise area) but it's well worth the drive back and forth. It's very close to shopping, Costco, Winco, Walmart and Walgreens and is also close to St. Als hospital in Caldwell. This is an incredibly clean park with large spaces. WiFi could have more bandwidth but since we don't do any streaming of movies, etc., it wasn't a hindrance for us. We'll definitely be back and don't hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a nice place to stay. We camped at Ambassador RV Resort in a Motorhome.
