We enjoyed a week's stay at this campground. The kids had fun fishing, swimming, and searching for crawdads. Spots are first-come, first-serve and you pay via a drop box. We used an out-of-state check and had no problems (camp host was gracious in approving it since we didn't have cash on us at the time.)
Did have an issue with a possible break in that we discovered after we had left the park. Locals had warned us about some people in the area that were known for theft. Can verify that for sure, but we had been there long enough that while we were away from our RV, someone had been watching and tried to pry our door up at the base and didn't succeed. We camped at Coulee City Community Campground in a Travel Trailer.
You can grab a bite to eat down the road at Big Walleys. They have a kitchen in the back where you can order burger/fries/pizzas etc.
