Mountain Home RV Park, Mountain Home, Idaho

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Best park we visited on our trip from Florida to Idaho. Wide asphalt roads and long, wide concrete sites. Lots of grass and trees. Park is large enough to get my 3 mile morning walk in each morning in about 4 laps. Showers are in individual private rooms. Pool and spa are nice. Full time park residents and staff are super friendly. Walmart Supercenter nearby to stock up on supplies. We really enjoyed out stay. We camped at Mountain Home RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Not much to do in Mountain Home. Mountain Home Air Force Base is 16 miles away. Pilot truck is at this exit as well as a Walmart Supercenter. Large Dodge dealer is also here if you need service. We went to the local rodeo on 23 June which was a lot of fun.

Pine Grove Village MH & RV Park, Columbia, Missouri

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

The park managers were very nice and helpful. The park is really close to I-70 so there is a lot of highway noise, but didn't bother us too much. We stayed two weeks and felt safe and secure. Very close to a lot of fast food places, Walmart, Sam's Club, Stephens College and downtown. Would definitely stay here again if in Columbia. We camped at Pine Grove Village MH & RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park), Dothan, Alabama

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Owner was super nice. Easy pull in and out onto the highway. Some highway noise but not really bothersome. Power was a little unstable and the cable TV hookup super-heated my cable connection somehow. We camped at Cherry Blossom RV and Mobile Home Park (formerly Pecan Point RV Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

If heading south on Hwy 231, this is the place to stop south of Troy and Dothan. Clear drive to I-10 from here.
