Country Side RV Park, Saucier, Mississippi

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

The owner is an egotistical know it all who has no idea how to run a CG. When Checking in you get read a long list of rules and none enforced except driving in the correct direction. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am are a real joke. The owner was cutting grass at 7am and hit the hitch on the back of our class A with the riding mower. He did not stop and ignored it as no big deal because he had a doctors appointment, no serious damage was done but the hit was hard enough to knock stuff off the counter. We asked for a 50 amp site and was put next to a disaster,TV blasting all hours, yelling and slamming doors all night long, dog barks till they return. This is not the worst, red truck(does not move) is filled with garbage, stinks like rotting fish, along with garbage outside camper. If you look at the Facebook page , you see smiling happy people singing karaoke, it's true and some are really good, but they are not campers but his friends that come in for his Tuesday nite karaoke club. Most of the people here are here long term. He owns 4-5 old trailers he rents out. This is small campground with one road of traffic people doing business with a 2min stay??? Usually both bathrooms closed, but open on Tuesday during Karaoke. Pool usually green, maybe a day a week where it is clear, sites gravel back in, not much grass in between. This guy is a SLUMLORD! No Respect.

The only good thing about this place is the wifi. We camped at Country Side RV Park in a Motorhome.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Daddy Joe's, Tabor City, North Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

Not knowing the area or campground, we booked here for 3 months. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised! We picked this campground being so close to South Carolina Border. This place is great, Sites are all paved and level pads, trimmed grass everywhere, plenty of room for 40 ft RV and car with room to spare. The staff is more than willing to help and even stop by to make sure everything is OK! The past 2 weekends every site and cabin booked, they put on Halloween themed weekends, and boy do they ever! Kids and adults all had fun! Snowbirds for $375 a month plus electric @ $.11/kWh, this is the place you want to be! No run down trailers or additions on campers! Only 40 min to Myrtle Beach! I am so pleased we found them. Feel totally safe here! Thank you for the hospitality to the owner and staff! We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Daddy Joe's in a Motorhome.
