Boardman Marina Park, Boardman, Oregon

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Loved this park, we backed in right up against the Columbia river, rode our bikes on great trails along the river and marina. It appears the park is managed by the city or county, in any case it's one the best RV park experiences we've had so far. Friendly staff, let us pick out own spot.

Satellite placement required several attempts because of trees, ATT worked fine. Only complaint was the gravel pad had a lot of sand in it, so tracking sand into the RV was a minor problem, but we'd go back in a minute. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Travel Trailer.

New Frontier RV Park, Winnemucca, Nevada

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Nice newer facility, paved roads, but unlevel road base sites which were rather muddy on the rainy day we were there. We were able to move sideways so that we could step out into the pea gravel placed along side the pads instead of the muddy road base. ATT, satellite friendly, didn't try the cable, wifi was typical RV park, weak and slow but usable. Good economical place to stop for the night, we've been here before and will be back. We camped at New Frontier RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Pony Express RV Resort, North Salt Lake, Utah

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nice, newer RV park, paved, concede pads, manicured lawns, helpful staff. The negatives were freeway and airport noise, non level pads, and the smell of sewer gas emanating from either the open sewer connection adjacent to our site, (there was no cap or seal on the pipe) or possibly the refinery located to the East. In spite of this it's the nicest park in the area we've seen although it's a bit pricey for off season. We would stay again.

ATT worked fine, we did not use the cable or wifi, satellite reception no problem. We camped at Pony Express RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
