Silver City RV Park, Silver City, New Mexico

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for the month of March, 2018. Small park and my first impression was disappointment. This park is in a run down neighborhood in Silver City. HOWEVER, the staff is friendly and helpful. The park is CLEAN! The area is quiet, safe and an easy walk to downtown Silver City. After being here a month, I can heartily recommend this park. *Please note: We had a off season monthly rate of $350 plus electric. The nightly rate is higher. We camped at Silver City RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Don't miss Mesilla, (near Las Cruces) Gila Cliff Dwellings, The Catwalk, the Black Range, and Pinos Altos. Golf at the University Course. Good restaurants, The Buckhorn of Pinos Altos, Jaliscos and Little Toad Creek Brewery are great.

Davis Camp Park, Bullhead City, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Very run down. Most sites not level at all. We had RVD14 which did not look level because it had an uphill and downhill to it with a very level top! It was also a corner site with palm trees and bushes so very nice. We camped at Davis Camp Park in a Travel Trailer.

OK RV Park, Holbrook, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

I have stayed at this RV park before and the service received the first stay is what brought me back. Not the same at all. My reservation was "lost" but luckily I had the reservation agent's name. The staff member acted like she was doing me a big favor instead of apologizing. The ladies restrooms/showers were being renovated and there was only one open and it desperately needed renovation and could have been cleaner. We camped at OK RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Cadillac Ranch RV Park, Bluff, Utah

Date of Stay: February, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Park had just been purchased and they were making upgrades and working at sprucing it up. Small park is all gravel however all sites are pull through and level. Good location for area attractions. Arrived in the morning and no problem to move into a site and go siteseeing. VERY accommodating. We camped at Cadillac Ranch RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park and staff. We were in an 8th Street pull through site with a great view of Lake Mead. My view at my site was good, but pay the extra $$ and get a back-in site in the first row off the lake. We camped at Lake Mead RV Village in a Travel Trailer.

Furnace Creek (NPS Campground), Death Valley National Park, California

Date of Stay: January, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

W/S/E sites available. Beautiful views! Asphalt pads. There are pull thru and back in sites with full hook ups but make reservations early on recreation.gov. We made ours 6 months out for a two week stay. However, sites were available for 3 and 4 nights. Plenty of dry camping site available. Showers are available for charge through the concessionaire of the Furnace Creek Ranch. We camped at Furnace Creek (NPS Campground) in a Travel Trailer.

Diamond Lake Resort, Owensboro, Kentucky

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Park grounds are pretty. Sites are tight. If you book here, make sure to ask for sites with W/E/S all on same same side and grouped together. Our sewer and water was at front right of site and we needed 40 feet of hose to connect. It was a busy weekend and we couldn't be moved to another site. Desk personnel indicated it was our fault for not booking a different site but did offer to sell us additional sewer hose. We went to Walmart instead. We camped at Diamond Lake Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Owensboro has much to offer. Lovely riverfront park and many great downtown restaurants. Several grocery stores, Walmart, Lowes and an RV Sales and Service. If you need it, Owensboro has it.
