Alpen Rose RV Park, Durango, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

We met friends here to ride the Durango Silverton train. The park was nicely kept. A work camper/park host helped my husband back into our space, which I greatly appreciated. We camped at Alpen Rose RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Beatty RV Park, Beatty, Nevada

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Nice spot to stop for one night while traveling to your destination but would not want to stay any longer. Not very much area to walk your dogs - just right along Hwy 95 in front of the park with the trucks and other traffic zooming by, my dogs did not like that. They really pack them in the supposed pull-thru's, but if you are in the second row you have to wait for the person in front of you to leave before you can leave in the morning (there may be room to back out of the second row but I am not sure on that). We were lucky and got the front row so we decided to leave earlier than normal so the folks behind us could leave when they wanted. We camped at Beatty RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Yreka RV Park, Yreka, California

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

To expensive for sites that are not level. The other problem we had is our electric is on the very back of our fifth-wheel - we had to pull so far forward we were almost out of the site with the front of our truck. We did not want to unhook for a one night stay. The sites with hookups further back were all taken by the fire fighters. I don't know why they set the sites up that way. They really need to work on leveling the sites!!! We camped at Yreka RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We camped here for 3 months as work campers and the sites are level gravel. Very tight park, but close to downtown and hospitals. We camped at Fort Worth Midtown RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
