Rate is with Good Sam 10% discount. The access road is a bit rough and dusty. The waterfront pull-throughs are just right for big rigs. A nice park on the Mississippi River. There were park benches on the shoreline with grassy areas and big trees. Very nice to sit was watch the barges pass by. The mosquitoes were bad at sunset, but that is to be expected. Even though the area must flood yearly the staff cleans up the debris and makes everything new again each year. We were very pleased during our overnight stay.

Not a good park for big rigs. Entrance roads were pot holed and rough. The low hanging branches needed to be trimmed. The gravel sites were uneven and very narrow in spots. We would probably look somewhere else or drive further if in the area again.

Just stayed overnight. Typical KOA campground with friendly staff. There was no road noise from the interstate which is about 1-1/2 mile away. There is nothing to do in area. The gravel roads and sites were adequate and level. There was an excellent fenced in shaded dog park.

This was a hidden gem of a city park. We arrived plenty early to be able to park on Site #5 a long pull-through in the older loop. The 9 rating is only because of the no sewer at the sites but there is a dump station.

Passport America rate of $20/night average. We stayed 4 nights. Park is shady with large trees trimmed for easy access of big rigs. Sites and roads are gravel but level. Good grass areas for dog walks. Wi-Fi was iffy in most spots but worked fast and acceptable at the office.

We were very happy with the RV Park. The park was laid out perfect for big rigs. Stayed here to have work done on tow package. Blue Ox employees come out to your site and assess the service needed. The grounds are kept clean and landscaped beautifully. Shade trees are small and healthy for the future. The town of Pender is small and there is nothing to do but to visit Blue Ox Factory. There is no charge for Blue Ox customers.

Good overnight stay. Easy to find. Friendly on-site owner led us to our site. Try to get a upper berm site. We were on the lower tier but luckily during our stay we didn't have any rain. Pull-throughs were very easy to access.

Stayed here 3 nights to visit friends in area. Be sure to watch for signs to find the park. There are shade trees and grass areas to walk the dog. The sites are gravel and level. Owners live and work onsite.

The camp host met us and led us to our shady deluxe pull-through site. We were very pleased to be next to a small grass area with group sitting and campfire ring. We stayed 3 nights. The camp hosts have a free pancake breakfast at the club house almost every morning. You pay for drinks and meats. At the office you can purchase discounted tickets for any of the Branson shows.

Another beautiful COE park. We arrived early and waited for people to leave our reserved site. We were very pleased with the shade and the scenery on the river. The table has a shelter cover (site A-14). In a busy area of West Little Rock but park is away from the hustle and bustle. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were glad we decided to stop at this park.

Stayed 2 nights. There is a phone at the RV park entrance to register when arriving. Then you stop at the hotel desk later to pay. The casino is within walking distance. The Friday night buffet is worth the meal price, wine or beer is included. The sites are concrete pads and patios with tables. There is nice green grass, but no shade. Quiet at night, away from the busy roads. We have stayed here a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience.

This is a straight forward basic parking lot for Tiffin RV owners. The camp store, RV office, Tiffin office, customer waiting room are all pleasant places to spend your time while waiting for service. The Tiffin employees are all very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of grass areas around the RV sites to walk the pets but no shade trees. Red Bay has a few stores and eating places to find what you need during the stay. The area has grown over the years. Would definitely stay here again.

Passport America rate was $20 CASH! Glad we didn't pay $38. The park is not worth it! The park looks dirty, sites are not level and there are too many permanent residents. All night there was train noise, road traffic in the park, and cats screaming. Plus, there is an animal shelter next door so the dogs were barking and howling into the night. Avoid this park and go on down the road.

Surprise! This park is right in a very busy shopping and an old residential area just off I-20. But the park is quiet, shady with huge oak trees, grass lawns at every site, and very well maintained and clean. We chose Treetops to be close to family in Arlington. Glad we did. The staff was friendly and helpful. We followed the camp host to our site and he made sure we were satisfied with our site and helped lining us up with the utilities before he went on his way. The park is well nicely landscaped. Not just the entrance, but in the whole park. We would definitely return if in the area.

Our rate is for seniors over 55. The park facilities are impressive. Each resident is given a pin # to access the office building for use of the showers, bathrooms, laundry, fitness room, and club room. The sites are long pull thrus and very wide. Of course being in W. Texas don't expect grass or shade but around the office building is a wonderful dark green grassy lawn. There is also a duck pond with fish in it. This is about the best in the Odessa/Midland area. There are thousands of construction workers living in RVs everywhere due to an oil drilling boom taking hold of this small town area. This park is on city water. Many others are on well water or bottled water. We would stay again.
