Pokagon State Park, Angola, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the great Indiana state parks. The only trick is that you have to pay the state park entry fee to get into the campground the first time you enter so expect an extra $10 charge. We camped at Pokagon State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Blue Spring State Park, Orange City, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Manatees show up at the park the beginning of November if you are lucky. Verizon LTE service on my iPhone was good enough at two dots. Good park and electricity at all sites. We camped at Blue Spring State Park in a Tent.

Go see the manatees if it's the right month of the year. Usually starting in November.
