This is a real nice RV Park and they really try hard to project the "resort" image. But: if you have pets, ask for a site near a pet area. Otherwise, it's a REALLY LONG walk for you and your pets. And, they threaten to fine you if your pet does it's business in the landscaping enroute to the pet area. We loaded our two little dogs in the car and drove them to the pet area: a real nuisance. My other complaint is the wifi. They have lots of antennas so it's easy to connect. After that, it's not so easy. Limited bandwidth renders the wifi system unusable much of the time. That being said, it's a really nice park and we'll definitely stay here again.

Friendly owners who are meticulous about maintaining the park. It's really quiet. By late afternoon, into the evening, there is practically no traffic on these highways. We originally booked 2 nights but ended up staying 4. Would like to have stayed longer. This park is calm and relaxing and is in a beautiful area. My only complaint is that the wifi was spotty. This is the kind of park that we will go out of our way to come back to. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent KOA. The park is meticulously maintained. The sites are long and wide and utilities are in excellent working order. Friendly staff and lots of activities for families. It's a busy place so I'd recommend reservations. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Albuquerque area.

The park is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful and greet you with a smile when you walk in. Our site was wide and long and SAT TV friendly, as we had requested. This KOA is situated well off the highway so it is quiet and peaceful. We've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

This is an excellent RV Park with well-maintained facilities. The sites are long, roomy and generally quite level. We had no problems with any of the utilities. We initially had problems with the wifi when it went completely off-line. But the staff got the contractor on site the same day and the problem was fixed. We were there for a week and there was lots of maintenance going on every day. They obviously take good care of this place. It's quiet, the facilities are in top condition and it's a beautiful area. If you want to stay in Lone Pine, this is the place.

When we made our reservation, we asked for a SAT TV friendly site. When we checked in, the lady at the desk (who was very nice) had no idea about tree cover or SAT TV suitability. You guessed it...the site, though nice, was not SAT TV friendly. The advertised "free wifi" was unusable most of the time. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice KOA. But I think if you advertise an amenity, you should deliver.

This RV park could be very nice, rather than just acceptable. Everything works, the shower and rest room facilities are clean and the host is a very nice, helpful lady who goes out of her way to help her guests. Unfortunately, the Fairgrounds puts no effort into maintaining this place, the grass/weeds hasn't been cut in weeks, and the WIFI doesn't work. That being said, we have been here many times before and we will definitely be back. The other campground in Ukiah is a drug infested parking lot, with barely enough room to open your slides and frequent visits by the police. Trust me, we've been there and will never go back. This is the place to be if you are visiting Ukiah, It ain't fancy, but it's the only place to stay in Ukiah.

This is an excellent RV park with a friendly and helpful staff. The long term residents are on one side of the park and their sites are all well-kept. There are MANY short term/overnight sites, some shaded and others in the open. We had no problem with trees blocking our SAT TV antenna. Our site was perfectly level and the sites and roads are kept graded and smooth. If you are thinking about staying in Santa Nella, don't! This is, by far, the best choice in the area and it is away from the noise, traffic and congestion around Santa Nella. We stop here often and we'll be back.

This KOA park is leaving the KOA system and will no longer be affiliated with KOA effective January 1, 2015. According to the management, they need to invest the amount they pay KOA each year in improving the campground. Whatever the case may be, they definitely need to invest in improvements. The sites need lots of work! They are very long, but very narrow and the utilities are placed in very odd places. Our sewer connection was at the front of the site (we had to couple two hoses together to reach it) and raised about a foot off the ground. The other utilities were at the back. Our jacks sunk through the thin layer of gravel and ended about 8 inches down into the mud. After we stacked blocks in the muddy hole, we were finally able to get leveled. Don't get me wrong, the park is not terrible and is probably the best place to stay in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful and are working hard to maintain the park and keep the facilities clean and functional. We are sorry to see them leave the KOA system and we hope they carry through on their promise to invest in improvements.

This park has been recently renovated and is now a top-notch RV park. All sites have 50 amp full hook-ups and level, concrete pads. There is plenty of space between sites but no trees. The view is of the marina and the bay and the waterfront are literally 10 feet from the water. Coronado, a few miles north, has lots of excellent shops and galleries and many high-end restaurants. It's a great place to spend some time, with easy access to the entire San Diego area. We'll be back.

We've stayed here many times and we'll be back. It's well-maintained, quiet, with a friendly and helpful staff. Sites are long and level with plantings to separate you from your neighbor. It can get quite muddy when it rains and the WIFI was totally frustrating. It was really fast, when it worked, but it kept dropping out, losing connectivity, reconnecting, etc., etc. We finally gave up and used our mobile broadband which worked well. That said, it's the best in Kingman.

The staff is friendly and helpful...excellent customer service. The sites are level and roomy, although a bit on the short side if you have a long rig and a tow. It's the desert, so there is little or no grass in the RV area and the gravel tends to get muddy when it rains. The park is clean and well-maintained. The WI-FI was good when it worked; it inexplicably went away numerous times while we were there. Nice park! We'll return.

The staff are great and maintenance is good. The laundry is spotless and all the machines work. Excellent store! However, the sites, while long, are extremely narrow and close together; hardly any space for chairs. The WIFI is basically useless. Most of the time I couldn't even open my browser, much less check mail or open a website. The park could be so much better. We would camp here again.

Goodland is primarily an overnight park, not a vacation destination, and as such, the criteria for rating the park is a bit different. The park is clean and well-maintained...the laundry is immaculate. The owners are very nice people who are working hard to maintain the park and provide excellent customer service. The WI-FI worked well. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

This is a beautiful park. The sites are huge and the pads are level. Lots of shade. We were able to get SAT TV through a gap in the trees, but there are only a few sites where that will be possible. It's dark at night and quiet!! No traffic noise what-so-ever! There is supposed to be WiFi in the park, but it wasn't working and apparently has been out for some time. Verizon broadband signal was weak but worked okay. The Host is friendly and helpful...nice people. We wished we had planned to spend more time here. This goes on our list of places to return to and spend some time.
