Rose Valley RV Ranch, Silver City, New Mexico

Date of Stay: March, 2016 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

We have been traveling for almost 6 months and have visited many parks throughout the US. We are so happy we stumbled upon this one! There is definitely pride of ownership here! Campground is decorated in western theme with old farm equipment, barn wood fences, and signs. Spaces are very large, with many pull throughs, at no extra cost. There are fences and bushes separating most of the sites for privacy. Full hook ups included. Very clean laundry room, bathrooms and showers and I am very particular! We paid for 2 nights and decided to stay 3 more nights! Office staff very nice and helpful! $19/night was Passport America for first 2 nights. After that we paid $33/ night with Good Sam. Wifi fair to good, depending on site, but there was good WIFI in laundry room and office with tables set up. Would definitely come again! We camped at Rose Valley RV Ranch in a Travel Trailer.

Stillwell Store and RV Park, Alpine, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2016 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

Reading recent reviews, I have to say we were surprised and disappointed in this campground. We knew we were in the desert, and expected a parking lot type setting, so thought we were prepared. There were hundreds of university students set up in tents across the way, and they were not a problem at all. Many of them were using the the laundry and bathrooms, so we figured that was why it was so messy and dirty when we arrived, as there were so many people using limited facilities. They all left at 8 am on Fri and on Sat nothing was any cleaner. This is the first park we have stayed in in our 6 months of travel that my husband would not use the facilities. The wifi was very limited and kept going out. There was no cell service, but again, we did not expect there would be. There were some picnic tables, but not many in the area where we were. Although $23 is not a lot for full hook up, I don't feel cleanliness is too much to ask for. We camped at Stillwell Store and RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Sanctuary RV Resort, Bonita Springs, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We just arrived on December 1st and booked for months of December and January. As others have stated, park is being renovated and what is done is nice. Oversized spaces, staff friendly when in residence but when closed no one returns calls or is available when we were trying to check on availability. Presently only one shower but 3 new ones waiting to be finished, hopefully next week. Huge laundry but not free, as previously stated. May have been but now $10/week or $28/month which is rather high being we wouldn't use it that often. Rate based on monthly rate, discounted for Dec as not complete. Nice pool and privately owned café. We camped at Sanctuary RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
