Grand Ole RV Resort, Goodlettsville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

FHI, gravel pad with grassy area, picnic table. Fire pit upon request. Not spacious by any means but not crammed in. Neighbors on both sides and rear. By far the best thing here are the staff - very friendly and very helpful. Train runs directly adjacent to the park so go for a lot as far as possible from it. Didn't get to partake but have a small onsite restaurant and live music on weekends and a karaoke nite. Partial shade. We camped at Grand Ole RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Two areas, upper lot with full hooks ups is all gravel, no shade, tightly packed in ($35). Lower level is W & E only (thereis a pump out you can use), nice grassy & shady areas, backs up to a river ($25). Got weekly rate of $100! Quiet except for trains that go by on other side or the river. Not too frequent. Laundry, showers & restrooms. We camped at Jim's Campground in a Motorhome.

Bass Lake RV Campground, Dillon, South Carolina

Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Stopped just for a night. Had read reviews and saw rates of $18-$20 which we felt fair just for a place to park for the night. Didn't need services. We're quite surprised to have to pay $31 even with Good Sam discount. Lady said "you may as well use the services since you have to pay for them" and when we were deciding "do you want to stay or not?"; not the friendliest. Worst part, Not just a little noise, this park is directly adjacent to I-95 and roars all night, all trains must be very close by as we regularly heard them. We camped at Bass Lake RV Campground in a Motorhome.
