Whispering Elms Campground, Baker, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Dirt roads and dirt sites led to dust-but that is to be expected in the desert. This is a decent full hookup park close to the Lehman Caves. Check in was smooth (and unique-it was in a bar). I would stay here again. We camped at Whispering Elms Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Cherry Hill Camping Resort, Fruit Heights, Utah

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are pull though, but some are on grass, which made leveling difficult. The water park is on 3 sides of the campground-so if you aren't partaking, it is loud during the day (but closed on Sundays). We camped at Cherry Hill Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

The water park is fun, geared toward the littler kids-get the king of the hill pass, it includes mini golf and the rock wall.

Fish Creek Campground (NPS Campground), Glacier National Park, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

Great national park site-very clean showers (they are in loop A only) and very clean restrooms. The sites were not very level, so bring extra blocks. There were some mosquitoes, but not overly annoying. We camped at Fish Creek Campground (NPS Campground) in a Travel Trailer.

Countryside RV Park, LLC, Dillon, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

They say don't park on the grass--but neglect to tell you that their sprinklers will go off at 2:30 in the morning hitting the side of your rig in a rotating pattern-waking you up and coming in through the windows, which of course were open in beautiful weather. The sites were fairly level and long enough to leave the tow vehicle attached. We were close to our neighbors, but had enough room for our needs. Picnic tables are provided, but bring table cloths as they are plastic and very hot to the touch. We camped at Countryside RV Park, LLC in a Travel Trailer.

Fleming Park / Lake Jacomo Campground, Blue Springs, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Super friendly camp hosts! Many of the sites are pull through, and we had a lake view from ours (28, 30 also has a nice view). Huge sites, lots of room between them, a nice playground for the kids and tons of grassy area to run and play. We camped at Fleming Park / Lake Jacomo Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very polite older gentleman checked us in - cash only. Good for an overnight stay, but I would not stay longer. The bathrooms were on older side-no latches on the doors to the stalls it showers. We camped at Walnut RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Bolsa Chica State Beach, Huntington Beach, California

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

Good spot to stay on the Ocean. Sites are really tight, but not really an issue since we were here for the beach more than anything else. The beach was in your "backyard." We camped at Bolsa Chica State Beach in a Travel Trailer.

Wine Ridge RV Resort & Cottages, Pahrump, Nevada

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

Great location. They have nightly activities and central gas fire pits for anyone to use. Even though it was winter, they have a heated pool (as the days can still reach 70), and an outdoor spa. Nice wide spots and some pull throughs available. We camped at Wine Ridge RV Resort & Cottages in a Travel Trailer.

Fishing Bridge Campground (Concessionaire Operated), Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Bugs! Bugs galore. I have never camped somewhere with so many mosquitos. The sites themselves are decently spaced out, with good hook ups. They were in the middle of renovating the park, and the loop we were on had not yet been done so the road was ROUGH! Huge pot holes. We camped at Fishing Bridge Campground (Concessionaire Operated) in a Travel Trailer.
