Deer Park Campground, Buffalo, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for two nights. Check in was super easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They directed us to our site and stayed to see if we needed anything else. Campground was clean and well maintained. Site was long enough for our motor coach and tow vehicle. Very nice campground. We camped at Deer Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Robidoux RV Park, Gering, Nebraska

Date of Stay: July, 2018 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Found this gem of a campground and we were delighted with our campsite. Plenty of space between campers, paved roads with concrete pads, full-hookups, pull through and back-ins. The grounds are landscaped and the grass is pretty and green. Super easy check-in and friendly staff. So glad we found this place. Very close to Scotts Bluff National Monument. Great place. We camped at Robidoux RV Park in a Motorhome.

Three Flags RV Campground, Wildwood, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2018 - $3.00
Overall Rating:

We have camped at Three Flsgs several times and it is always a great stay. Super friendly staff and campground nice and clean. Our sewer connection had been run over by previous camper, we called Joe at the office and within 10 minutes there were two men working on replacing the damaged connection. Pleased with the promptness. Nice large campsite with some shade. Other campers are friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We camped at Three Flags RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Forest Lake RV Park & Camping Resort (Thousand Trails), Advance, North Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $3.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for a week with our Thousand Trails membership. Nice campground with abundant campsites but members are allowed to lease a site annually, therefore there are a lot of sites in use without owners occupying them. A lot of personal landscaping and even storage buildings on some sites. Not my idea of "resort camping." Campground personnel are very nice and helpful. We camped at Forest Lake RV Park & Camping Resort (Thousand Trails) in a Motorhome.

Camp Hatteras RV Resort & Campground, Waves, North Carolina

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here a week using our Premier Coast to Coast. No fees except $3.00 daily for cable. Paved roads, sites and patios. Campsites on the Ocean side and the Sound side. We stayed Oceanside, great site. Back-in but plenty of maneuvering room and long enough for our coach plus car. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and easy walking distance to beach. Very friendly staff. We camped at Camp Hatteras RV Resort & Campground in a Motorhome.

Shenandoah Crossing Resort, Gordonsville, Virginia

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

Wow.....really nice resort. Came into this BlueGreen property with Coast to Coast. (I guess that is why we got their forested area rather than concrete patio area.). Turns out our site was great with more space than the deluxe sites. Several full-time campers in the forest area but it is peaceful and lots of shade. Sites are a little more challenging for "big rigs" but we made it just fine. Back in sites with full hookups plus cable. No fee do a really sweet deal. Really nice grounds with a lot of things to do and see. Horse stables and rides, carriages, putt-putt, several hot tubs and a large swimming pool. Great place for kids. Very friendly staff and 24-hour security gate. We camped at Shenandoah Crossing Resort in a Motorhome.

Stayed here a week in our motor home. Stayed in site 160, full hookups with 50 amp. (Fee paid over our Coast to Coast for 50 amp Service.) Our site backed up to the river and was very peaceful. Tall Pines Campground, Canoeing & Country Store, Bainbridge, New York

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

Booked a reservation by phone but never received any paperwork or email saying NOT to use Google Maps for directions. Needless to say we were not on the best route for getting to campground. Came in from the north and were directed to take Exit 10.....don't do it. Campground sign is not painted on both sides so missed the turn into campground. We finally made it but no one in the office from 11:00-3:00. We just wanted to get parked and set up. Finally an employee offered to open the office to get us checked in. FHU sites by river are pretty close and barely long enough for our rig. Roads in campground really need some work, gravel and dirt and pretty tough in some places. I think we will skip this campground next time. We camped at Tall Pines Campground, Canoeing & Country Store in a Motorhome.

Saratoga Escape Lodges & RV Resort, Greenfield Center, New York

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here using our Coast to Coast and was surprised that they charged an additional $10.00 nightly for the campsite. Had 30 amp and water but no sewer available so not sure why we had to pay extra. Sites were okay but nothing special. Will not stay here in the future. Natchez Trace Thousand Trails NACO, Hohenwald, Tennessee

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $3.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for four nights. We were very impressed pulling into resort but soon our outlook changed. Front of resort is very nicely paved and landscaped but the back part of campground needs new pavement. Had trouble navigating some of the roads. There is a really tight turn coming into Phase 2. This area needs campsite repairs and upgrading to more full hookups and 50 amp service. Campground was very quiet and cell coverage for AT&T was very weak. Will not stay here in the future even though we are Thousand Trails members. We camped at Natchez Trace Thousand Trails NACO in a Motorhome.

Treasure Lake RV Resort, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $8.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed in site 302, nice back-in site with ample space all around. Cement pad with full hook-ups. Check in was a breeze, all paperwork was ready to go, you pick your own site and were told which area Coast to Coast and RPI could use since it was during their busy season. All paved roads and most sites have cement pads, they are putting in more pads everyday. A lot of work improving park. Convenient to all of Branson attractions. Like staying here. Overall Rating:

Stayed here a week while moving our domicile to Florida. Super easy check in and we were given a packet of papers to help us make our transition. Plenty of space between campsites and met some very nice full-timers while there. Very nice lodge complete with sewing machine and an awesome book exchange library. Cute donkeys right there along with resident sand cranes and an owl family. Peaceful campground, short drive to Wal-Mart and restaurants. R Ranch in the Mountains, Dahlonega, Georgia

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $5.00
Overall Rating:

Wow, this park is awesome. Stayed here a week using our Coast to Coast membership. Costs $5.00 for using their 50 amp service. We stayed here in early March and the whole park was very quiet and peaceful. Nice paved roads throughout the campground. Campsites are spacious, gravel with plenty of room for our motorcoach and tow vehicle. We will definitely put this one in our list of parks to revisit. Tips for other Campers:

Really nice area. Campground has horse rides, lodge, game room, swimming pool. A golf cart is nice to travel around campground or your vehicle, campground spreads out through a beautiful valley. Dahlonega is a very quaint historical town. Also home of University of Northern Georgia. Pueblo's is a very good Mexican restaurant, located on Main Street. Lots of little shops to check out.
