Gettysburg / Battlefield KOA, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

First time camping at this KOA. Nice, wooded sites with plenty of shade. We had a deluxe site that came with a swing, picnic table and fire pit. They charge $2 extra per day for cable TV. We were here midweek, so it was very quiet. We really enjoyed it! This will be our new favorite for the Gettysburg area. We camped at Gettysburg / Battlefield KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Four Seasons Campgrounds, Scotrun, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean and quiet campground. Mostly seasonal campers. No pre-planned activities for children or adults. However they have a nice pool, play ground, ball field and horseshoes. Camp store was well stocked and had firewood available. The place just needs a little fun. We will camp here again as it's close to home. We camped at Four Seasons Campgrounds in a Travel Trailer.

Cozy Creek Family Campground (formerly Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park), Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2007 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is our second stay at this campground this year. The full activities schedule kept the kids busy all day ending with an evening "Hey" ride around the camp. The owners try hard to make sure everyone has a good time. If you like golf bring your clubs. There's two golf courses near by. We camped at Cozy Creek Family Campground (formerly Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Camped here a few times and enjoyed every trip. Located near the attractions we frequent. Well kept campground with a friendly staff. Quite a few things to do for the children. I took advantage of the golfing lessons and they helped my game. We camped at Spring Gulch Resort Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Cozy Creek Family Campground (formerly Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park), Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2007 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Formerly the Tunkhannock Family Campground. New owners have made it a Yogi Bear campground. Still in transition. They're making a lot of changes and there is still some remodeling in progress. We stayed in site #32 which was nice size site with shade. A lot of activities for the kids which is typical of the Yogi campgrounds. The new owners and the staff are very friendly. We'll be going back. We camped at Cozy Creek Family Campground (formerly Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Drummer Boy Camping Resort, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: April, 2007 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

We stay here a couple times a year and always enjoy it. Only real issue is the highway noise from Rt. 15. The noise is not as prevalent in the summer. The leaves on the trees do cut down on the noise somewhat. Great location to enjoy what the military park has to offer. We camped at Drummer Boy Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.
