This is a wonderful little park, with large sites, and a beautiful pool and hot tub. What is really refreshing is the location, down on the river and off the highway. The only noise is the river "traffic" and the birds. The night sky over the marsh is beautiful with no light infiltration. Due to its location on the river and marsh, there are those no seeums, so take bug spray.

This campground has some of the prettiest views we have seen, however it is completely antiquated, and overgrown. The childrens playground is on top of the leeching field for the sewer system and adjacent to a huge trash pile. The electric will not support a/c, or the use of space heaters. All bathrooms have been closed and emit a disgusting odor. We had to have people move their cars so we could pull down the main road. The owners were not helpful at all, and in fact complained about people using too much water, electric, trimming the shrubs.and having campfires. Be aware that you have to cut and trim your own site.

Let's start with why I rated this park so low 1. No cell phone service. There is a phone booth in the middle of the park for everyones use, other than that you are out of luck 2. No tv reception and no cable, you need a dish for any tv reception 3. Bathrooms, or lack thereof, there are outhouses located in the park, that are disgusting for your use. It's sad that an RV park with such a wonderful location could be so out of date and in such a state of disrepair.

Very nice little park that is very convenient to Kanab and a lot of area attractions. Park is meticulous, and exceptionally well managed all facilities i.e. laundry are kept in excellent order. Sites are a bit small, however nicely seperated by landscaping, and include a nice picnic table and sufficient parking space. We would definitely stay here again, we stayed here in a fifth wheel for a week while touring the area.
