Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park, Glendale, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is an older park and the spaces are real close together. My neighbor's water connection was at my front door. Some grass but mostly dirt and dust but it was convenient for our stay about 49 miles to Brice Canyon and about 34 mile to Zion. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake Mead Recreational Area - Willow Beach, Lake Mead Recreational Area, Arizona

Overall Rating:

Great park to visit Hoover Damn and to kayak the Colorado River. The site was great and had plenty of space and was easy to get into. The sites are gravel and during our time there the heat was intense Great place to Kayak. We camped at Lake Mead Recreational Area - Willow Beach in a Fifth Wheel.

Tamworth Camping Area, Tamworth, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

If you want to be away from it all this is the place. We stayed here for 10 days while visiting the White Mountains and other areas. The campground had sites for seasonal and over nigh staying. We had site #66 which was great for the 50 amp service and the big rig parking. The only downside is the gun range that is across the road from this site. They fired their weapons all day and up into the night on a couple of occasions.

The WiFi does not work well in this site so be prepared for that. The restrooms and showers were clean and convenient to the site. The trash is collected in a dumpster near the office and has to be carried there by the people camping to avoid bears sharing the camping site. If children are traveling with you they have plenty of things for them in the park including a large campground play area. Also, there is a river running near some of the sites that would be nice in the hot weather. We camped at Tamworth Camping Area in a Fifth Wheel.

Sugar Ridge RV Village & Campground, Danville, Vermont

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

This is a seasonal RV park and caters to those customers. It was a great park for us to stage at to visit the area. Our site was on the hill behind the office and appeared to be for those who were staying overnighing for a few days. The site was too small for the 42 foot RV and it was hard backing into the site. Some of the staff can by and were very friendly and helpful. We camped at Sugar Ridge RV Village & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
