Henrys Lake State Park, Island Park, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Concrete pad, lakeside, fhu, no wifi and NO TV (antenna)!!! Staff very friendly. No laundry on site so I drove about 5 miles to a laundromat. Was very nice. Had to drive a ways for a grocery store. Very windy! Don't ever leave for the day without rolling up the awning.

Very windy off the lake. NO TV unless you have satellite. Otherwise nice. We camped at Henrys Lake State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Craters of the Moon / Arco KOA , Arco, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed on site D 2, which had some nice shade. New picnic tables. gravel pull thru with FHU. Cable and pool. Laundry room. Super friendly staff. Free hot Belgium waffles every morning, even weekends. At 6:30 pm, they will serve ice cream for $1 per scoop to raise money for KOA kids camps. The staff are so nice and friendly. The owners are currently living on the premises, but this is not permanent. Would definitely stay again. We camped at Craters of the Moon / Arco KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Cody Wyoming Trout Ranch, Cody, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Pull thru, very tight navigating thru park. FHU, gravel roads and site. Not enough room to park our truck. Only grass in the dog run. Wifi didn't work very well. Laundry room only had 2 washers and 2 dryers. Staff very helpful and nice. Very windy most days. We camped at Cody Wyoming Trout Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.

Indian Campground & RV Park, Buffalo, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park, staff were wonderful. Enjoyed the pool. Water pressure was a little low. Couldn't put our patio mat on the grass due to drought stricken area, which we totally understand. Very shaded park. Sites were a little tight but we managed in our 42' 5th wheel. Would definitely recommend this campground and will stay here again if in the area. We camped at Indian Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Be sure to check out downtown Buffalo. They have a museum that is pretty cool and don't miss the Occidental Hotel. They give tours. Very much worth the price. There is a chamber of commerce right across from the museum. Wonderful staff and very helpful!

Longview Lake Campground, Lee's Summit, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed 14 days. paved roads but gravel sites. Stayed on #67, back in site with full hookups. Our site was not real level until we backed up some more. Water tasted funny so we purchased bottled water to drink. No wifi or cable, however we picked up 60 channels on antenna tv. Site had picnic table and a fire ring. Gated entrance with a code. Camp hosts were not on duty very often so you had to ring a bell to get any help. Ice and wood sold onsite. We camped at Longview Lake Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

O'Connell's Yogi Bear Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, Amboy, Illinois

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

We couldn't fit on the site they directed us to and we asked for a different one, which they gave. However the site number on the electric box did not match the number on the campground map. We were the only ones camping in that section. All the rest were rental cabins or annual sites. The pool in our section was closed the first day but open after that. The hot tub was closed the whole time we were there. The staff answered our questions but were not very friendly. Wifi was not free. Decided to rent a paddle boat and that office did not open on time. We waited over 30 minutes for them to open. We saw a lawn mower in our section one day but he did not mow our site or those right by us. It appeared there were only young adults working here. All they wanted to do was ride around on their carts. Not sure if I would stay there again. The grass was so tall I couldn't put down my patio mat. We camped at O'Connell's Yogi Bear Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The Barnyard RV Park, Lexington, South Carolina

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects weekly rate. Sites are pull thru for short term, slightly narrow tho. Concrete patio with picnic table. Bathrooms, showers and laundry room are all clean. Dirt / grass sites, a lot of sand. Wifi was terrible, couldn't hook up at all unless you were in the office. Otherwise I would have given a higher rating. Sites have 2 sewer hookups each. Would stay here again. We camped at The Barnyard RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Ponderosa RV Park, Kissimmee, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Accepted Passport America. Site was back in and FHU. No cable but Wifi worked pretty well, a little slow tho. Antenna tv picked up over 60 channels. Site was barely big enough for RV, parked truck next to it. NO shade. All concrete roads and sites. Nice pool and laundry room. HIghway noise but can't beat the price in this town. Very friendly park. We camped at Ponderosa RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

very nice campground with pull thru sites, concrete pads. just long enough for our 41' 5th wheel, but not very wide although it did fit our 4 slide outs. nice pool and hot tub. wifi was hit and miss. did not use laundry facilities but they looked nice. bathrooms / showers also looked good. please note if you have a dog, they will charge you $40 to do a DNA test on your pet. This is a one time fee, non refundable. You MUST pick up after your pet or you will be charged $75. Otherwise, nice park, friendly people. We camped at Woodsmoke Camping Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Rock Crusher Canyon RV Park, Crystal River, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects weekly rate. Only have back in sites. Full hookups. Some sites are full sun and some are shaded. 3 laundry rooms in the campground. Clean but not enough machines when campground is busy. $1.50 per load. Loved the pool and hot tub. Restrooms clean but too far for us to walk from our site. Most sites were great looking. OUrs was very tight due to placement of sewer. Staff was great and helpful. Wifi was hit and miss, otherwise I would have given them a 10. Lots of activities at the clubhouse. Great place to stay, would definitely stay here again. We camped at Rock Crusher Canyon RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Deerwood Inn Madison Campground, Madison, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed one night. Check in was easy, cash was required. Campground appeared old and worn but found out there are new owners and they are working on fixing it up. Restrooms were closed for repairs. Pool was not open yet. Wifi didn't work very well. Quiet campground, easy on / off I-10. Close to highway but did not hear noise. Full Hookups. Garbage dumpster was full. Ok place to stop overnight for the money. We camped at Deerwood Inn Madison Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Azalea Acres RV Park, Robertsdale, Alabama

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

This is the nicest park we have stayed at. Price reflects monthly rate. Big rig friendly with wide spaces and long enough for pull behind vehicles too. Mostly grass lots, some concrete pads for overnight guests. Park accepts Good Sam. Bathrooms/showers are the cleanest we have ever seen. We stayed here many times. Easy on / off I-10. Great, friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again, this coming fall / winter. We camped at Azalea Acres RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall Rating:

Didn't like our first site so the host let us change. Lots not very level. Electric / water only. Dump station available. No wifi. Camp hosts very friendly. Brought wood and started a fire since my husband was handicapped but wanted a fire. We had trouble with our camper and they called a nearby rv repair dealer and he tried to help us over the phone. The camp hosts came later to check on us. We camped at Heyburn Park in a Fifth Wheel.

FHU, gravel site with concrete patio. Great views of Branson, however, campground is up in mountains with big hills and curvy road. Laundry facilities not that good.
