Riverview RV Park, Vermilion, Ohio

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Their web page listed a great many amenities that were either non-existent or actually things available outside the park but implied to be part of the park. The water pressure was nearly zero and the water was cloudy with a great deal of dark sediment. Several of the seasonal campers told me that the board of health was trying to close them down until proper repairs were completed. When I pulled my unit down the steep hill at the entrance I was forced to wait at the gate for over a half hour before the woman who ran the place came to let me in. She left me sitting there with vehicles waiting behind me while she filled out the paperwork and collected the money. Very rude and inconsiderate. The place was a total pig sty. The "playground" was bedded with black mulch which turned my children and their clothing so black we couldn't wash it out and the shower was a trickle of cold water. This woman should be locked up for all the violations and inconveniences we were compelled to tolerate. We camped at Riverview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
