Railside RV Ranch, Williams, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2007 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Railside RV Ranch has outstanding people in the office. They quickly determined our interests and provided tour information in such an interesting way, that we are going to see other local attractions besides the obvious Grand Canyon. The park is perfectly situated; close to restaurants, other town services and the Grand Canyon access road. "Breakfast included" while RVing is a first for us. But the biggest plus for us was the "team" pitching in to fix my computers WiFi access problem that had kept me off of WiFi for months. When their own expertise in getting me connected was exceeded, they called their son, a computer whiz, who talked Mom through a diagnostic process that discovered a bad file and they fixed it. Unbelievable!! They wouldn't accept an offer to pay for the computer repair service. Now that I'm online, I note the free Wi-Fi has excellent signal strength because of multiple transmitters spaced through the park. From reading the other overwhelmingly positive reports on this site, it's very clear the people here really go an extra step to discover whatever each customer needs most and goes ahead and provides it way above and beyond the norm. We'll never stay anywhere else when returning to this area. Thank you, Railside RV Park!! We camped at Railside RV Ranch in a Motorhome.
