This is the best campground/resort that we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The paved sites are over sized. Some sites have hot tubs and lakefront views. All sites have fire rings. The lake has a paved path for walking/biking. There are nature trails to explore and you can fish in the lake. It is in a rural area surrounded by nature. There is no traffic and no noise. It is only a 15-20 minute drive to the tourist areas of the strand if you wish to explore that area but we prefer the peace and quite. The outstanding feature here is the nature surrounding the campground and to go there and enjoy the real camping experience; cooking out, nightly campfires, exercise, walking the dogs. Pets are very much welcome if they are leashed, which they should always be at a campground. We camped at Willow Tree Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.
