Haas-Cienda Ranch RV Park, Poplarville, Mississippi

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

Nothing has changed since the review from April 2017, roads are sand, water puddles the size of my truck. The power and water were OK, the sewer holes were plugged I could not dump my tanks, bad deal. Tree branches needed trimming in the sites I could fit in. All other rigs here were permanent residents, several were very bad condition. Verizon had 2 bar signal. Sorry but I would not come back here again. We camped at Haas-Cienda Ranch RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Georgia-Bama RV Park, Heflin, Alabama

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

I concur with the other reviewers on the park details. Cash only, great wifi, good power, sewer and water pressure. 10% discount in the restaurant, good food too although pricier than the decor allows. I'd stop again. We camped at Georgia-Bama RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Zooland Family Campground, Asheboro, North Carolina

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

No problems with check in, staff is very courteous. We were here late October so only a few permanent residents here. They keep the fire pits cleaned out, and trees trimmed high for large rigs. 50 amp power was good, sewer good, did not care for the water connection buried inside a muddy sprinkler box in the ground. Water pressure was low. Verizon signal I had 2 bars. There was an annoying recording playing on loud speakers at the bounce pad. We camped at Zooland Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Mayberry Campground, Mount Airy, North Carolina

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Check in was quick and easy. I like how they terraced the camp sites, it is a very nice camp ground with level, clean sites. The 50 amp power was good, water pressure and sewer were good. Our cable TV channels were fuzzy. Verizon cell service had 4 bars. Road noise wasn't bad we were in a lower level site 42. I definitely would come here again. We camped at Mayberry Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Natural Chimneys Regional Park, Mount Solon, Virginia

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived on Sunday and there was a person to help check us in, they close the office during weekdays. It had rained alot so many of the sites were not accessible with a big rig. The grounds were kept nice and clean. It was a very quiet area, I would come back. We camped at Natural Chimneys Regional Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Seven Mountains Campground, Spring Mills, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: October, 2018 - $73.00
Overall Rating:

Check was quick and easy, the workers were pleasant. They say they are trying to become more "big rig" friendly but failed to trim the branches at the entrance and along some interior roads. They only have a few long sites, all sites were very close together. WIFI worked good, power was good but water pressure was very low, difficult to take a shower. We camped at Seven Mountains Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Everflowing Waters Campgrounds, Williamsburg, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2018 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This is a small campground, very quiet and relaxing. My 5th wheel is 41 feet, there are very few sites that would accommodate me. The water and 50 amp power were good, there is no sewer or dump station. I would stay here again for a short duration. We camped at Everflowing Waters Campgrounds in a Fifth Wheel.

Bonito Hollow RV Park & Campground, Alto, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2018 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Warning to long Fifth wheel and TTs with low ground clearance! The entrance to the park has a steep asphalt hill that I dragged my tail end on when entering, then dragged my belly in front of my axles when pulling out, there was not a safe way to exit without dragging. I crushed my generator exhaust pipe and nearly tore it off. I have a 41 foot Momentum 376TH. As far as the RV park goes the customer service was excellent, the sites were large, the utilities worked great, no complaints. Just be careful if your rig has low ground clearance. We camped at Bonito Hollow RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Shady Pines RV Park, Texarkana, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2017 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Excellent in all aspects of an RV resort. Check in was fast, friendly and painless. The concrete streets and sites were clean, level and accessible with a 41 foot 5er. Power and water worked great. The traffic noise was barely heard from the back of the park. I will definitely recommend this to anyone. We camped at Shady Pines RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Peter D's RV Park, Sheridan, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This was more than just about the campground, the owner and his wife made our 4 day stay enjoyable and fun. They offered free garden fresh veggies while we were checking in, Peter would stop by our sites and tell jokes, he cleaned the bathrooms many times a day. They gave us coupons for free appetizers at the local steak house, awesome food. Great friendly experience here. As far as the campground goes, the sites are level, long and all FHU pull through. Power, water and cable tv all work great. Even though the highway is nearby, you cannot hear it because the campground is in a valley below the road, the sound travels over you. I will definitely stay here again. We camped at Peter D's RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Mission RV Park, El Paso, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

We were here for 3 nights early April using PA discount. If you have an older GPS good luck, most of the nearby highways are new, we drove around a bit just to get here, that's my fault. Check in was smooth, make sure you have your RV license plate numbers. I believe they park all the short time RVers along the highway in very narrow pull through sites that are nothing but dust. I could touch the slide out of my neighbor when standing in my doorway. There is non-stop loud traffic on I-10. Power was ok, water pressure was good. Cable tv did not work, the cables were broken and laying on the ground. I would not stay here again. We camped at Mission RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Midway RV Park, Dexter, New Mexico

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 3 nights using PA discount. They have pull thru sites with 30/50 power and water no sewer, I chose that. The sites are long, level and very easy to navigate the park roads. Power was good and water pressure was good. They have a garbage can at each site, pull thru site nice touch. Cash only and friendly service. I watched March Madness B-ball on their flat screen tv with cable in the lounge. Hope you like cats. We camped at Midway RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Rio Grande Village RV Campground--Full Hookups , Big Bend National Park, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for two nights in a 36 foot fifth wheel. I had wished I had read the other review comments regarding parking at a diagonal vs. Straight back in to the site. The two Class A rigs across from me made it very difficult to park and unhook without doing many forward-reverse movements. Checkin and out was alright, friendly services. Electric power was good and water pressure was good. It was 102 degf both days so we were very happy to have a/c. We camped at Rio Grande Village RV Campground--Full Hookups in a Fifth Wheel.

Austin Lone Star RV Resort, Austin, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2017 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

We were here for 2 nights February 21-22, 2017 using PA discount. We came from the north on I-35, the GPS takes you past the campground exit on Slaughter road then back north on the frontage road, lots of traffic but manageable. Check-in went smooth, they escort you to your site, mostly pull thrus for the transient RVers. The interior roads are all paved and the sites are gravel nicely maintained and clean sites. Our site was narrow, thank god I only have one slideout or it would have been a tight fit. Just put your garbage bag at the street and they pick it up for you, nice touch. I could hear the highway in the middle of the night, we were parked 2/3 the way towards the back of the CG. Many friendly snowbird campers with their nice rigs. I will definitely stay here again. East View RV Ranch, Georgetown, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2017 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

The RV park was easy to find and navigate with a 36 foot fifth wheel all the way to my pull through site. This is a quiet park. They staff are very friendly and accomodating, but, I'm not sure why they needed my driver license number, my truck and camper plate numbers. The roads and sites are all gravel, but very well maintained and low dust. There are no trees, there is alot of dog walking aeea. Power was good, water psi ok, antenna tv received Waco and Austin channels. There were no junky old permanent rvers in the park, nice. We stayed here in mid February using PA discount. I would definitely stay here again. We camped at East View RV Ranch in a Fifth Wheel.
