Sites are adequate - gravel & level but very close to each other. Not well maintained or updated park. Not all sites have a picnic table or sewer hook ups. Wifi was good.

FYI---This rv park is located 40 miles west UP in the mountains at the 9,000 ft elevation. As soon as you check in you are told to watch for possible symptoms of high altitude sickness. Although we did not have any this is something that should be noted in their information. Our pad was large & level concrete with clean site surrounded with crushed rock. There are 2 tiers to this park - we stayed in the lower one but would recommend the higher level for nicer views. Restroom, showers & laundry clean and modern.

This small park is a real GEM on the prairie. We appreciated the knowledgeable and helpful staff. Site was level, large and well maintained. Showers & restrooms clean. Perfect location to tour Florence (Antique stores!) Colorado Springs (Garden of the Gods a must see) & Pueblo. We have a 35' 5th wheel - had plenty of room and will stay again.

Perfectly situated to tour Santa Fe, Taos & Los Alamos. Very friendly & helpful front office staff. Grounds maintained beautifully. Plenty of room between level spaces. The park is quiet & peaceful even though it is close to a busy street. The only reason we didn't give a 5 rating was because the showers were small. We stayed 4 nights and would stay again.

Excellent RV park. We stayed 5 nights in a 35' rig. Highly recommend this beautiful site. Would definitely stay again. Manager lady was so helpful & knowledgable about our visit to Yellowstone. Large sites with well kept grass & picnic tables. Modern & clean laundry and showers. Truly a GEM.

Very nice RV camp. Agree with all other positive reviews, but WIFI not working either of the 2 times we've been there. Our gravel site was spacious, had some shade, and included a picnic table.
