Clio's Rivers Edge RV Park, Clio, California

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park. There is a one way short bridge to go over to get into the park. The sites are very clean. Would definitely come back and stay here. We camped at Clio's Rivers Edge RV Park in a Motorhome.

Howard Prairie Lake Resort, Ashland, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This park is a long ways from the town of Ashland. The marina was open, but everything else had closed. No one to check in with and our name was on the post site. There were maybe 4 other RVers in the park. The site we were given was very unloved. In fact when the jacks were down our front tires were about 3 inches off the ground. Obviously we didn't pick the best time to stay at this park. It was very clean. Lots of pine trees. A little tight for us to get to site in one spot. We camped at Howard Prairie Lake Resort in a Motorhome.

Pomo RV Park & Campground, Fort Bragg, California

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

First of all the roads getting to Fort Bragg have many tight turns. The campground sites are very nice and private. We did share a double site with friends. We were not told that in order to get 50 amp you must pay extra and in fact there was a lock on the 50 amp. We camped at Pomo RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Turtle Rock RV Resort, Gold Beach, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

The park is nothing like the web site. It is extremely dusty. The roads are not paved and you cannot drive without dust. Would not recommend this park. We camped at Turtle Rock RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Park Ridge RV Campground, Van Buren, Arkansas

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The sites have lots of nice shade. Only went to the restroom once. One toilet was stopped up and the other was out of toilet paper. The laundry room was absolutely filthy. Dryer lint was all over the floor and the trash can was overflowing. The dryers had dust and dirt on the outside. There were three washers. Two of the washers "cold" wash cycle poured in "HOT" water instead of cold. I caught one of the washers, but the other was not caught in time and the dark clothes washed in extremely hot water which messed up some of the clothes. Our site was close to the restroom and there was lots of junk and tools laying around. We camped at Park Ridge RV Campground in a Motorhome.

Val Vista Village (55+ park), Mesa, Arizona

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very large park which has mostly small mobile homes. We apparently arrived after the season, as their grill and bar were closed for the summer. It has a beautiful pool area with spa (hot tub) outside and another indoor pool with a huge spa (hot tub) inside. Lots of tables, chairs, couches, umbrellas. There is a billiard room with several tables. An enormous laundry room. Lots of craft type areas (some of which were closed). It is close to shopping. The site itself was nothing special, just a slab and sand/dirt. We camped at Val Vista Village (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

LoW-Hi RV Ranch, Deming, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly helpful staff. The park is completely gravel. Each site is sectioned off with small rocks. Most of the trees have a block dedicating it in memory of a loved one. The park is in the country, but yet close to town. The manager recommended the museum in town. That was a very pleasant surprise. It is probably one of the best museums we've ever been to. It is in an old armory building and has three stories, two of which you can wander through. On Wed. night the rvers were invited to go into town to have Chinese food. Had we stayed thru Wed., it was something we would have done. We did not have the best of weather; it was quite windy. In fact, we are having wind everywhere we go. There were two fenced dog areas; one for large dogs and one for small dogs. They too were gravel, which are little dog didn't care for(she prefers grass) but did walk around. Would definitely recommend a stop over at this park. We camped at LoW-Hi RV Ranch in a Motorhome.
