Staff is friendly and very efficient. Park is clean and quiet. Laundry and bathroom facilities are always tidy and clean. Internet is sometimes spotty but if you call they reset router immediately. Long term has option of upgrading cable and Internet. Trash bins in dog areas are replaced daily. Lake is properly kept and people have all been very friendly. I have been very satisfied.

I have never had such a poor experience with any management company in all my 38 years. False advertisement, Mismanagement, discrimination, and extremely poor communication. The parks are not easy to navigate with a big rig. Not pet friendly. We were completing an application and found they didn't have sites. This was said in passing and glossed over. The rates advertised are for one of the 5 parks so the website information is inaccurate. The pricing is listed incorrectly - it states nowhere that the pricing is for only one particular park. The park we were applying for is in terrible shape- it was close to a military facility when my husband works. I have yet to receive a call back. The staff will only allow you to speak with the 2 people in the office and refuse to give any name or contact options to their boss. Very very very poor customer service. You couldn't pay me to stay. The park had trailers with busted windows etc. heaven help you if you have a small dog on the heavier side. Like.... a chunky dachshund. The pet policy is 20lbs or under however the manager had a problem with 20lbs bc really- they mean no heavier than 19.
