This campground gets bigger every year this year was our 3rd year staying here. The staff is friendly and helpful and do everything they can to assist you during your stay. The pool and hot tub are both inside and well kept. The rest rooms and showers were clean and in good shape. the campground was just as clean. We will stay here again and again. Adventure Bound Camping Resort at Deer Run, Schaghticoke, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2007 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

This was a nice park with a friendly staff that were helpful and courteous. There were activitys for the children and family. The camp ground was clean and well maintained. There was a fenced in dog park, that only lacked a water faucet. The only problem we had was other peoples children running through our site after quiet time. We will return. We camped at Adventure Bound Camping Resort at Deer Run in a Travel Trailer.

Alpine Lake Camping Resort, Corinth, New York

Date of Stay: June, 2007 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

The camp ground was clean and the staff was vary nice. That being said there were problems, the showers were pay showers and the water did not even get warm. The sites were to close together and to narrow. The pool was dirty on the first day we got there and that did not change the entire time. There was way to many golf carts and electric scooters running all over day and night. People on bikes with no lights after dark and children allowed to ride with out bike helmets. There is a list of rules but no one around to enforce them. No security at the entrance at all anyone could just come and go. We had gone out and come in after 10pm and no one even stopped us. They need to improve the width of the sites and get some security. That along with someone to be sure the rules they have are enforced and this could be a nice camp ground. We camped at Alpine Lake Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Vary nice park with a staff that we found friendly and helpful. The park was clean and in nice condition. We liked the quiet and there were no barking dog problems during the day or night. Other then the person next to us trying to put his satellite dish on my space we had no problems. We will be going back. We camped at Lake George Schroon Valley Resort in a Motorhome.

Wells Beach Resort Campground, Wells Beach, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2006 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

The park is vary nicely done landscape-wise and the staff is over friendly. However the pool is too small for the amount of campers. The fires out by 11pm rule is just wrong and the sites are crammed together. The rodes are too narrow and they do nothing to control the speed people drive. It is not a family friendly camp ground. We will not go back. We camped at Wells Beach Resort Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Saratoga RV Park, Gansevoort, New York

Date of Stay: June, 2006 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This park is quiet and that's it. The pool is open only at the whim of the owner with no set hours. There is little for the children to do and it's listed as a family campground. The sites are no where near level, it took 6 blocks to get level. The roads are full of pot holes and the lawn was not cut the week I was there. The cable TV was not working and no refund was offered. The showers had mold on them and there was no outside light near the doors so you could see to unlock them. We camped at Saratoga RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
