Myakka River State Park, Sarasota, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2016 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

Park was well maintained. Volunteer very personable, kept sites and bathrooms clean. Quiet park, not anything for children to do. Picnic table, bbq and fire ring provided. Separate area for picnics, fishing and wildlife viewing. Saw many alligators, deer, birds. Airboat rides at reasonable price. We camped at Myakka River State Park in a Motorhome.

Sweetwater / I-75 / Exit 62 KOA, Sweetwater, Tennessee

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Spent one night while traveling with a 38 ft rig towing a car. Tight park for a motorhome towing. Site not level, hard to negotiate. Some other sites looked more spacious. Restrooms old but clean. Would not stay again. We camped at Sweetwater / I-75 / Exit 62 KOA in a Motorhome.

Forest Glen Estates, Jackson, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

No level sites. Old park not kept up. Sewer hookup was uphill. Sites were gravel and lots of tree roots. Office was closed and you left your payment in mailbox. Grass not cut nor was the park taken care of. Looked like someone just stuck it in the side of a hill. Would not recommend. We camped at Forest Glen Estates in a Motorhome.

Volunteer Park Family Campground, Heiskell, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2016 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Tight sites for big rig. Leaving the park is difficult if you are towing. Got jackknifed and had to unhook car. Be aware of sharp turns and uneven sites. Staff friendly and restrooms clean but old. We camped at Volunteer Park Family Campground in a Motorhome.
