The camp is fairly clean and there are spaces ample size to handle our 40' rig. My concern is with the attitude of the staff who appear to view their role as police rather than service providers. I found them very cold and dictatorial. As opposed to hospitable and helpful. The train passes immediately to the rear and somewhat higher than the site on a trestle. Because there are stations in the immediate vicinity (Carlsbad and Oceanside) most trains blow their whistle right at the park. The sound is deafening. Finally, they advertise wifi access. I have found that it is available about 20% of the time and when the issue was brought to the ownership attention repeatedly, they were impatient and gave me a bunch of double talk about the local cable company having the problem. We camped at Paradise By The Sea RV Resort in a Motorhome.
