Peters Pond RV Resort, Sandwich, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

We camp at Peter's Pond every Labor Day, I have just recently began posting reviews on this website but every year Peter's Pond is our favorite spot. This year we were on site H16, it was amazing and I look forward to next year already. This season we have camped in PA, NJ, NY, VT ME but still our best trip is the Cape. This campground is centrally located to the bay and sound (15-20min drive for either). Its a quick drive on and off. All wonderful accommodations/amenities, ranging from a waterslide in their pool to a Aquapark with inflatable toys in their lake or a state-of-the-art game room to a brand new playground / ball fields. I honestly can not say enough about Peter's Pond. World class!!! We camped at Peters Pond RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Awesome campground. Indoor mini-golf, huge camp store, duel waterslides and they even have a pizzeria at the lake. We plan to be back again. We camped at Lake Bomoseen KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Ausable Chasm Campground, Ausable Chasm, New York

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

I camped at other campgrounds with all the bells and whistles then here. I enjoyed this trip more, nothing over-the-top but a nice campground. The adventures of the chasm directly across the street is why we will return. Unlike any experience in NY State. Highly recommended!! We camped at Ausable Chasm Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Ledgeview RV Park, Lake George, New York

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

Beware! Children are one of the many extra fees added on and no pets allowed. Manager told me that she caters to the Canadian customers who are not interested in savings. To add insult to injury they even throw ice cubes in their pool and the pond that is advertised on their website is not on their property (you can see it but can't go in it). The only thing nice to say is that the bathrooms were clean and the playground seemed new. Staff was terribly rude. Ran too much like a money maker and not a customer focused getaway. Stay away, plenty of campgrounds nearby that have better service providers for same cost We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
