Onondaga Cave State Park, Leasburg, Missouri

Date of Stay: April, 2007 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. Concrete pads, paved roads, fire pits, pole for lantern or trash, roomy sites. Park Rangers are present for security, but not intrusive. Hosts are very nice. Meramec River is close by for fishing of swimming. You can also tour Onondaga Cave. There is an amphitheater and trails. We camped at Onondaga Cave State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Perryville Jellystone Park (formerly Perryville Campground), Perryville, Missouri

Date of Stay: September, 2006 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This was a nice campground. It is right off HWY 55 and could be used as a stop over or weekend trip. Pool was clean, hosts were friendly, sites were kept up. Small pond at campground has fish too small to keep. The walk to the lake is 4 miles, so we drove. Better off calling to let them know exactly what kind and size of camper you have, they have notes in their computer that lets them know what has and hasn't worked in different sites. We camped at Perryville Jellystone Park (formerly Perryville Campground) in a Fifth Wheel.
