Atlanta West Campground, Austell, Georgia

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This place should be burned to the ground. It's beyond words how bad the infrastructure is. Many sites have power poles that are destroyed or worse, bare wire with electrical tape. The roads are narrow and pothole laden, and the water can range from normal to green slime coming from the water tap. The majority of the guests are monthly renters who have turned this place into a worse than trailer park situation. Avoid at all costs. We camped at Atlanta West Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Tips for other Campers:

My advice is to disregard any good review on here as someone who either works at the park, or has permanent beer goggles.

This park is so bad I can't imagine how it could pass even a blind mans code enforcement inspection, and the power and water could be dangerous.

I hope the reader can discern the truth in my words and realize I'm not exaggerating.
