We were on a trial run on our new trailer. This park took reservations, so we drove up. Went to check in. There was one person at the check in for the casino, hotel, and campgrounds. We went to the site and were absolutely dismayed. It was TINY! And mounded. And short. And within 6 feet of each neighbor. And needed to park the truck so close to the camper there was no passage. And deep ruts in the small grass area to get into the camper. There was a vista to the water, but not when the camper rear has no windows. And the casino dining room closed at 7:30. No food service available. We left the next morning in pouring rain. It was not at all what they touted their campground to be. Worst experience ever! We camped at Legendary Waters Resort & Casino Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Everything was at least 10 miles away. Bayfield is very busy on weekends. Lake Superior is awesome.
