Triple G Hideaway, Fort Nelson, British Columbia

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

I have never rated a park before but felt compelled to rate this park. The park itself was okay and we rate parks by our own method of a scale of 1-5. We'd give this park a 2 rating but will not stay here again and would not recommend it. When we checked in, the host really promoted the restaurant and their nightly Happy Hour specials and we tried it on our second night. The advertised Nachos at $16.99 were pricey and even though they were ample and good, the only ingredients were chips, cheese, and peppers with sour cream and salsa on the side. We had a couple of $5 happy hour beers and were shocked when the bill came and they charged $24.99 for Nachos during happy hour!! We disputed the charge and they adjusted the bill but became unfriendly after that. There are plenty of other RV parks in the area and they will get our business the next time we come this way. We camped at Triple G Hideaway in a Motorhome.
