We stayed at this park for a week and had a fantastic time. The park is clean and the staff is friendly. The only complaint I had were the roosters! The park has free-range chickens, and the rooster starts crowing at about 4 am and doesn't stop until the sun comes up. Sleep with a fan by your head or bring some ear plugs, because I was woken up early for the first few days. Our dogs loved the fenced in dog park at the back of the property. They could run around and play off leash, which was very nice. The laundry and the restrooms were very clean, and we had no problem getting packages delivered to the park. There is a small bar just steps away from the park. We went there one night and met the locals and got some great recommendations about what to do in the area (which I will share with you in the tip section!)

This place was a mud pit. There is no concrete, and the sites are very close together. The owner and "host" were nice enough, but the park was nothing like I expected based on their web site. I wouldn't want to go back again, but the location is convenient for a stop over.

This is basically just a parking lot with full hook-ups, but the location makes it priceless. We stayed here to enjoy all that downtown Nashville has to offer, and we weren't disappointed. The park is about 2 miles from downtown, and I don't think we paid more than $8 for an Uber ride all weekend. Don't stay here if you're looking to have a fire and enjoy the great outdoors, but it really is an excellent location to check out the town.

We stayed 3 nights at the park. It was clean and everybody was very nice, although there was no attendant so there was nowhere to buy firewood. It was less than an hour to Nashville and also less than an hour to Franklin, which is a cute little town! There was a large field for our dogs to run in, we were able to let them do so because there were few people there at the end of December. My folks came in a big rig, and they were unable to access the back spots, but a friendly Ranger came by and let us all upgrade to a full hook-up spot and waived the $5 upgrade fee.

This place was pretty much a dump, but as close as we could get to downtown Memphis. It's not in the best neighborhood, and there is no gate on it, so I felt a little unsafe. We also got kicked out at 11 o'clock (because it was check out time), even though there were tons of open spots. I've never been asked to leave and found it a bit rude. There is another park down the road that has a gate and cleaner facilities. Spend the extra $5 and stay there.
