Rate listed was the off-season weekly rate (divided by 7). Love the location of this RV Park. It's within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk along the dunes, and golf. The facilities are kept very clean. They were re-doing some of the bathrooms while we were there so they'll be even nicer. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very close to the towns of Grover Beach and Pismo Beach, so there are plenty of shops & restaurants. We will definitely come stay here again!

Immaculately clean park with large, level, full hook-up sites. The gated entry makes this a very quiet park. Bathrooms and laundry facilities were always clean. And the manager was friendly and helpful. We stayed here on our way home and would definitely come back here again.

Well-maintained and clean park. Sites are large, level and paved with full hook-ups. Our pull-through site was plenty large, with room for our 43' RV and towed car. 50-amp electric power was rock solid. Pool (seasonal), laundry room, bathrooms, and showers were all very clean and looked after. Close to all the activities in Bakersfield.

As mentioned, you drive in past a few long-term resident sites, but they are in their own separate section up close to the road. The rest of the park is close to the beach and really beautiful, with well-kept grounds and lots of green grass (we visited in late April). It was incredibly quiet, with the only sound being the ocean surf, which we could hear right from our RV. The pull-through sites are huge, with no disconnecting of the car required and wide grass areas between sites. The 50-amp power was rock-solid with 120 volts on our voltmeter regardless of load. The sewer connections are excellent: flush to the ground for continuous downhill draining. The beach is huge, isolated and beautiful, just a short walk down the park's private paths through the dunes. We were greeted by the friendly manager who answered all of our questions about things to do nearby. We would have given the park a perfect 10 if not for the unpaved roads, although that was a pretty minor issue for us. This was our second time here, and we were not disappointed either time. We will definitely come back again.

This park was purchased by new owners, and is no longer El Rio. It has been re-named Colorado River Oasis. The new owners have obviously been pouring a lot of money into the park. The clubhouse, sandy beach, boat dock, palm trees, laundry and gym are all brand new or completely renovated. The sites are very wide and level gravel back-ins with rock solid 50-amp service from excellent power pedestals. There are a lot of snowbirds in the park who seem to know each other after many winters here, but they were very welcoming to us. There was a big community dinner in the clubhouse while we were there, and several people encouraged us to come join in. A very friendly place, including the owners, and we would definitely return.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The park is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. Our site was a large, level back-in with excellent 50-amp power and clean concrete patio. There were plenty of activities to participate in... and lots of people participating. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Our site was large and level with good quality power, water and sewer connections. The pool, hot tub and restrooms were very clean and comfortable. The sites and the park facilities were neat and well-kept. There's a big new dog park and other apparently recent upgrades. We felt right at home here. The new manager, was really welcoming, and introduced us to some of the other residents, who we became fast friends with. We joined in the regularly scheduled events, including dancing, bingo and potluck dinners. This is the way to snowbird - with a group of really nice people who know how to help newcomers fit right in. We will return.

This is a really nice park. Even though it's not prime season yet, they already had the activities calendar up for the winter snowbird season, and they have more activities scheduled than just about any other park we've stayed in. There is a gigantic clubhouse, a social hall and a new palapal, all with planned events. The place was neat as a pin, including the pool and bathrooms, and we were greeted by very friendly staff. We're going to try to come back here to spend at least part of the winter this year.

We had an exceptionally level & clean site with 50-amp full hook-up. The park was very well-maintained, showers & restrooms were clean, and everything had a nice, "resort-like" feel. The pool was a welcome oasis after long, hot days exploring the area!

Nice, clean park. We had a large, level, grassy site with a good-sized concrete patio. Hookups were good and easily accessible. Strong 50-amp power. One of the nicest things about the park was the people. Everyone was very nice and seemed to go out of their way to make us feel at home. We only stayed for a short time (and in the summer), but I can see that this would be a nice place for a winter/seasonal stay.

This is a really cozy RV Park. Sites are large and level grassy sites with full hook-ups (30-amp) and plenty of space in between. All of the facilities are well-maintained and clean. Other guests/residents were all friendly and seemed quite happy.

We really had a nice time at this park. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice. And the onsite park manager is a gem! Made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived. Our site was a large, level grassy site with plenty of room between us and our neighbors. Power was good, restrooms and showers were very clean and everything in the park looked like it was being well maintained and cared for.

I stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. All of the facilities were neat & clean and were obviously well-maintained. The pool was a refreshing retreat for some exercising and cooling off after a long, hot day. My space was large and level, with a clean concrete patio and full hook-ups (50-amp). There was plenty of space between my site and my neighbor. Everyone I met was friendly and happy. I had such a nice time here that I am considering spending a few months here this winter. I recommend this park.

This is a combined RV and Mobile Home Park - but the RVs have their own section, separate from the Mobile Homes. The sites are all good size, very level, full hookup and mostly grassy/sandy. Everything in the park is well-maintained and clean... the management obviously has a lot of pride in the place and puts in the extra effort to keep things nice AND to make everyone feel welcome. The pool was extremely refreshing (I was here in July!) and well-maintained, too. The Mobile Home part of the park was extremely neat. This isn't one of those places where the mobile homes are rundown and creepy...everything was neat and tidy. The residents here obviously take good care of their sites and homes: the place was immaculate. Everyone that I met while I was here seemed to go out of their way to be friendly! Overall, I had a really nice time here and would recommend it as a winter destination for those interested in snow birding to Florida. Sebring is a good-sized, but nice and quiet town that's not far from lots of good things to do to keep you occupied.

Clean, level, paved sites, plenty of room for big RVs and solid 30/50-amp electric service. Truck noise is to be expected in a truck-stop, but $10 a night has to be the best bargain around for 50-amp electric during the hot summer months. There is free, but somewhat weak, Wi-Fi in the campsites, although it's stronger in the restaurant. Our only issue was having to get out our 50-amp extension cord to reach the far-back pedestals, which are on the wrong side too. We would stop here again when passing through or visiting someone in the area.
