Indigo Bluffs is a hidden gem! When we were unable to reserve a sight in a popular campground over Independence Day, we reserved the last open spot at Indigo Bluffs, and are we ever glad we did!
This is an extremely well maintained park with wonderful customer service. The lots are spaced nicely with paved roads and many have a cement patio, including ours. A staff member escorted us to our sight and assisted my husband backing our 35' trailer in. That was worth every penny right there, girls! ;) The only reason I gave it 9 stars instead of 10 is that the dirt at our sight was very fine and black and seemed to get into everything! Not really the parks fault, but frustrating nonetheless.
The pool is lovely and has shaded areas to sit as well as full sun. It is slightly small, but even with the busyness of 4th of July weekend, our kids could swim fairly freely.
The park will conveniently pick up your trash before 10 a.m. and will also deliver firewood. Both nice added perks.
Quiet hours of 9a.m. - 10:00p.m. are enforced and appreciated.
Showers require quarters. One quarter goes a long way... The boys were able to get it done using one or two quarters, the girls two or three.
Verizon worked great. Our tv antenna only picked up two PBS stations.
We would most definitely choose Indigo Bluffs every time! Great location, great service and a great experience! We camped at Indigo Bluffs RV Park & Resort in a Travel Trailer.
Traverse City is only 20 minutes away. Glen Arbor about 10 and Sleeping Bear Dunes is 5 minutes away. Great location!
